AUTO THEFT 

A resident on Sept. 17 reported his vehicle stolen from the 1400 block of Kay Street. There are no investigative leads.

THEFT 

A resident Sept. 17 reported his bicycle stolen from the 1400 block of Sunset Street. There are no investigative leads.

AUTO THEFT 

An employee on Sept. 17 reported auto theft from business in the 00 block of South Main Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

DUI 

On Sept. 16 officers responded to a DUI in the 1700 block of Meadow Street. A 49-year-old man was arrested. Case cleared by arrest.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

On Sept. 17 at approximately 0131 hours, officers were dispatched to a possible criminal trespass of a vehicle that just occurred in the 500 block of Mt. Evans Street. 

MENACING 

On Sept. 17 police investigated a felony menacing at a walkway along the river. The suspect was arrested on several charges. The case is under investigation.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

On Sept. 17 a report was taken in reference to criminal trespassing that occurred on Third Avenue. The suspects are unknown.

PROTECTION ORDER 

On Sept. 17 at approximately 1420 hours, police responded to a protection order violation in the 4000 block of Redmond Drive. A report was generated.

SEX ASSAULT 

On Sept. 17 police took a report of a possible assault in the 1800 block of Trevor Circle. This case is open and forwarded to detectives for follow-up.

FRAUD 

On Sept. 17 police took a fraud report in the 1200 block of South Hover Street. A 42-year-old man reported a fraudulent prescription.

DRUG VIOLATION 

On Sept. 16 police located a man with an outstanding warrant. The subject possessed narcotics and paraphernalia and was arrested.

CIVIL 

On Sept. 17 at approximately 0035 hours, police took a report of a possible harassment/domestic violence incident. The incident was civil. All available information was obtained.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

On Sept. 17 at approximately 0301 hours, officers were dispatched to a possible criminal trespass of a vehicle that just occurred in the 00 block of East Fourth Avenue. 

FOLLOW-UP 

Police on Sept. 17 recovered a stolen auto in the 2200 block of 14th Avenue. Case is closed.

FOLLOW-UP 

On Sept. 17 police began investigating a man for failing to register as a sex offender. The case remains open pending additional follow-up.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On Sept. 17 officers responded to a possible kidnapping in the 1500 block of Centennial Drive. There are no leads and the case is closed.

THEFT 

On Sept. 17 a report was taken reference a theft that occurred in the 200 block of East Eighth Avenue. The suspects are unknown.

DISTURBANCE 

On Sept. 9 officers responded to a report of a disturbance between two girls in the 1800 block of 18th Avenue. After an investigation, both girls were issued juvenile court referrals for the disturbance. This case is cleared by an arrest.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST 

On Sept. 17 officers located a stolen vehicle in the 2200 block of Main Street. After an investigation, no suspects were identified and the owner was able to retrieve the vehicle.

MENACING 

On Sept. 17 officers responded to the 2000 block of Mountain View Avenue for a disturbance. The case is open.
