Longmont is still having issues with its phone and email systems after announcing earlier on Monday that the problems first experienced on Thursday appeared to be resolved.
In an email sent Monday afternoon, the city stated its telephone and email systems were having intermittent issues as of 4:45 p.m. “We are aware that our service providers are working to resolve these issues,” the city stated in the email and in a news release posted to its website.
Phone lines for 911 are unaffected, according to the email.
“We apologize for any inconvenience. We will send out an update when the issues have been resolved,” the city stated in the email.
