Centennial State Ballet, Longmont's youth ballet company, will be hosting a public art show and sale on Saturday, March 3, 2018, from 4-8 p.m at the Arts Longmont Gallery located at 316 Main Street.
The art show will feature works by the following Colorado artists:
Robert Goldsworthy Art, Darwin Miner, Chisho Maas, Chala Atasavun, John Taft, Susan Crouse-Kemp, Teresa Marie Widawski, Dan Hollingshead, Cherie Nobilette, Nancy Hall, Kathleen Reilly, Pat Sebern, Jamie Stroud, Lisa Hale, Lesa Filius, Peter M Schmid, Cynthia Marsh, Susan Mara, Timothy King, Karen Roberts, Micheal VonBenschoten, Heather Burton, Dave Santillanes
According to a press release received by the Longmont Observer, "over 20 local artists used our dancers as models during ArtWalk Longmont - September 2017 and an event at the October 2017 ‘Untitled’ at the Denver Art Museum. The exhibition features a living 'Degas' theme and all finished pieces are for sale and include sculpture, sketches and paintings."
