This blues/R&B duo will “tear you apart and put you back together again simultaneously”. We have decades of combined music performance experience. Christine's “soulful vocals and solid bass playing”, combined with Jim’s superb acoustic, slide, and electric guitar work transport the listener from back porch country jams flavored with wood smoke and barbecue to the gritty urban corner bar filled with spirits and loss.

Final Yoga Teacher Certification Program - Info Meeting

DATES AND TIMES

  • Sunday, Jul 16, 2017 10:45 AM - 11:30 PM

LOCATION: Elevated Yoga Studio - 324 Main St

We will begin our next Yoga Teacher Certification Course on August 27 and I have decided this to be the last one I will offer, at least for a while. As I have experienced incredible spiritual transformation of the participants of our courses, I'd like to now focus more on supporting them and to continue inspiring them to follow their spiritual journey as yogis and yoga teachers. This is also the reason why I expanded the next course curriculum to include deeper spiritual study, subtle body exploration, yoga therapy and Ayurveda. The low fee of the course however has not changed. We will stretch the duration of the course to allow us bit more time and to make it easier on your current life activities. So, if you are thinking of embarking on this journey, there is something in you that you cannot ignore, even if the reason for your interest is not clear yet. If you think you might be too busy, this course will actually help you to open more space for you to grow. The cost of the course is very low and many different payment arrangements are available. If you'd like more information, please come to the meeting this Sunday, 7/16 at 10:45 AM. You can also come to the 9:30 AM Yoga class and it will be free for you. If your friends or family members would be interested, please let them know.

Yoga has taught Kevin self-discipline, self-reflection and non-competitiveness. He enjoys all yogic practices and specializes in Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative.
