Chuckle. Giggle. Chortle. Guffaw. These are but some of the spontaneous sounds you may make when attending Longmont Laugh Fest 2018, which starts this Thursday, April 26th.
Running for its 3rd year in a row, Longmont Laugh Fest, which is put together by Bub Comedy, will host 40 comics throughout five shows at four local venues, including Skeye Brewing, Longtucky Spirits, Grossenbart Brewing, and 300 Suns.
Some of comics attending are: Rachel Weeks, Shanae Ross, Rojo Perez, and many more.
The annual production will conclude with a beer, cider, and spirits festival on April 28th at 300 Suns. The paid event will start at 5 p.m. with unlimited tastings; the final comedy showcase will start at 8:30 p.m. and will feature comics David Rodriguez, Nancy Norton, and Headliner John “Hippieman” Novosad, which has appeared on the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson and was the winner of the 7th Annual Laughing Skull Festival in Atlanta.
According to a press release issued by Bub Comedy, "Bub Comedy works year-round creating shows that bring together Coloradan comedians with a favorite Colorado pastime – namely, drinking craft. This festival is a three day celebration of the collaborations that are putting Longmont on the map for comedy."
