Many of us are facing boredom in a way we never have before. We are also far less social than usual. Our only means of reaching people is through our devices and we don't always get to see what those beyond our social circles are up to.

Longmont Public Media (LPM) would like to change that. They are asking residents, no matter what language you speak, to submit videos. The topics of those videos can range from thoughts on COVID-19, thoughts on any topic of your choosing, a video of how your household is making the best of staying at home, or even a little movie that you create at home. The choices are endless.

Videos will be screened for appropriateness: nudity, vulgarity, or other things that might be considered offensive to the community. After screening, videos will be broadcast on Comcast Channels 8 and 880 and on the LPM website.

Community videos can be submitted by visiting longmontpublicmedia.org/create/submit.
