THEFT

On 9/21/17, a Longmont resident in the 200 block of E Longs Peak Ave, reported a theft of jewelry. The case status is closed.

THEFT

On 9/21/17 a Longmont resident in the 2500 block of Sunset Dr., reported a theft of a plant. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

DUI

On 09/20/2017 at approximately 2332 hours, Longmont Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 2100 block of Main St. One adult male was taken into custody for DUI/D. Case cleared by arrest.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On Thursday, September 21, 2017, at 0325 hours, Longmont Police conducted an outside agency assist in the 1500 block of South Emery Street, Longmont. The case was closed.

AUTO THEFT

On 09/21/2017 Longmont police responded to the 2400 block of Zlaten Dr., reference a hit and run accident. Upon arrival, officers located a vehicle which had been involved in a single-vehicle property damage accident. The driver of the vehicle fled prior to police arrival, and the vehicle was found to have been stolen out of Longmont. This case is under investigation.

 ASSAULT

Police investigated an assault case where one juvenile male pinched another juvenile male on the chest causing bruising. A juvenile court referral was issued to the suspect and he was released to his mother.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT

On Tuesday, September 19, 2017, at approximately 1755 hours, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched on a traffic accident in the 800 block of E 4th Ave, Longmont, CO. At the scene an adult male was contacted and cleared through dispatch. It was discovered that he had a warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested, booked and later transported to Boulder County Jail and released into their custody. Case is cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On 9/29/17 Longmont Police responded to the 1400 block of Red Mountain Dr. reference a juvenile detainer. A juvenile female was taken into custody and transported to the Boulder County Juvenile Assessment Center.

FRAUD

A Longmont resident in the 1500 block of Stones Peak Drive reported an incident of identity theft. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information and jurisdictional issues.

DISTURBANCE

On Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at approximately 1712 hours, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Lashley in response to a disturbance. Two adult males were interviewed and given warnings for their conduct. Case closed.

BURGLARY

On Wednesday, September 20, 2017, at approximately 1807 hours, Longmont Police Department was dispatched to the 200 block of East 4th Ave, Longmont, CO in response to a reported burglary. Statements were taken and evidence collected. No arrests made. Case is open.

 WARRANT ARREST

On Wednesday, September 20, 2017, at approximately 2130, Longmont Police Officers contacted an adult female who turned herself in on for two outstanding warrants. She posted bond and was released. Case cleared by arrest.

BURGLARY

On Wednesday 092017 at approximately 2131 hours, the Longmont Police Department investigated a garage burglary in the 900 block of Button Rock Dr. Case is open.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On September 21, 2017, at approximately 0038 hours Longmont Police were dispatched to 3rd Avenue and Pace Street on a Hit and Run Accident. Case Closed

AUTO THEFT

A Longmont resident in the 1700 block of Cook Court reported the theft of his bronze, 1990 GMC Sierra pickup truck from the parking lot of his apartment building. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A Longmont resident in the 1200 block of Martin Road reported an unknown person vandalized his vehicle while the vehicle was parked on the street in front of his residence. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

DISTURBANCE

On 9/21/17, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 4400 block of Redmond Dr on a disturbance. There was no probable cause to support charges and a report was taken for information purposes for an ongoing issue.

DUI

On 09/21/2017, Officers responded to the 2300 block of Atwood St on a report of a drunk driver. After investigation, it was found that the female driver was driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. The female was transported to Boulder County Jail.

ASSAULT

On Thursday, September 21, 2017, at 1917 hours, Longmont Police responded to the area of Emery St and Colony Pl in reference to an assault. A 37 year old female assaulted another adult female causing minor injuries. This case is open.

WARRANT ARREST

On Thursday, September 21st, 2017, at approximately 1930 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 2500 block of Sunset Dr. reference a wanted party. Police contacted a juvenile male. The case is cleared by arrest.
