OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

Police received a report about a possible sexual assault that occurred in Boulder. The case has been forwarded to Boulder Police Department for follow up.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Tuesday, September 5, 2017, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 2100 block of Steele St. in the City of Longmont on report of a disturbance. One female was taken into custody. This case is cleared by arrest.

DUI

On Tuesday, 09/05/2017, Longmont Police Officers contacted a vehicle for a red light violation near the intersection of Main St and 4th Ave. One adult male was arrested without incident released on a summons for suspicion of Driving Under the Influence of Drugs.

HARASSMENT

On Friday 09/01/17, police investigated a harassment. Suspect was issued a written warning and the case is being documented for informational purposes. Case is exceptionally cleared.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On Monday, September 4, 2017 Longmont Police responded to the 1800 block of Stroh Pl. on a report of theft. An adult male is suspect. No further leads at this time. Case 9/4/2017 170057947

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

A Longmont woman was bitten by her cat in the 1600 block of Golden Bear Drive. The cat was placed on quarantine at home.

On Monday, September 4, 2017 Longmont Police responded to the 600 block of Timothy Dr. on a report of harassment. Case Closed.

On Tuesday 09/05/2017 at 0011 hours a Longmont Police Officer investigated a criminal mischief which took place in the 1100 block of Vivian Street in the city of Longmont. This case is closed with no active leads.

BURGLARY

On 9-5-17 at 0015 hrs., officers responded to a call of a burglary to a vacant building in the 2400 block of Clover Basin Drive. The building was found to be empty. A few hours later a lead was developed as to a possible suspect. The case is open.

On Tuesday 09/05/2017 at 0039 hours a Longmont Police Officer investigated a criminal mischief which took place in the 1300 block of Dogwood Lane in the city of Longmont. This case is closed with no active leads.

On September 5, 2017, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 700 block of Baker Street on a criminal mischief. Multiple vehicle windows were shot out by an unknown suspect using a BB gun. This case is closed.

On September 5, 2017 at approximately 0511 hours Longmont Police Department responded to the 1400 block of Emery Street on the report of a criminal mischief. An unknown suspect broke out the back window of a vehicle. The case will be closed due to no suspect information.

A Boulder County mandatory reporter provided information for a possible theft from an At-Risk Adult. The case status is open and has been forwarded to Detectives for follow up.

DISTURBANCE

On Tuesday, 09/05/17 at about 1200 hours, Officers with the Longmont Police Department were dispatched to the area of E. 16th Ave. and Alpine Street, Longmont, CO for the report of an in progress assault. The victim sustained minor injuries. This case is cleared.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Tuesday, 09/05/17, a report was taken reference a criminal mischief which occurred in the 2300 Blk. of Gay St. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont resident in the 1300 block of S. Kimbark Street reported miscellaneous tools were stolen from his unlocked vehicle. The case status is closed due to lack of viable suspect information.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Tuesday, September 5, 2017, Officers of the Longmont Police Department was dispatched to the 1200 block of Main St for a Criminal Mischief. A juvenile male was arrested for Criminal Mischief. Case Cleared by Arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On 09/05/2017 at about 1828 Officers from the Longmont Police Department, conducted a traffic stop in the area of 4th Ave and Main Street in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder and State of Colorado. A 19 year old male was contacted and found to have two warrants for his arrest. The male was taken into custody and taken to the Boulder County jail without incident. Case cleared by arrest.
