Citizens in Ward 1 (East Longmont) have the good fortune of voting for DR
Timothy Waters in the special city council election on February 27, 2018.
I have had the good fortune of knowing my friend Tim Waters for 24 years.
Tim will do his homework on each council issue. He is passionate about our
community and cares for all citizens. His integrity is boundless.
He has proven to be a great leader throughout his career in education.
Many citizens in Longmont and especially from Ward 1 recently fought to
preserve the historic red silo on Hwy 66 east of Pace Street from being
disfigured by a wireless company. Tim Waters was instrumental in our
grassroots effort. He witnessed the concern from Ward 1 constituents, and
supported our efforts. The silo will remain untarnished thanks to our city
leaders and friends like Tim.
As a resident of this community all my life, I urge Ward 1 voters to join me
in voting for Tim Waters for Longmont City Council. All of our community
will benefit by your thoughtful decision.
