Boulder County man arrested for distributing child sexual abuse material

The man is being held without bond that the Boulder County Jail.

The Boulder County Sheriff's Department arrested Sergey Tolstick on Saturday for distributing child sexual abuse materials through a peer-to-peer network. 

During a series proactive investigations, the Boulder County Digitial Forensics Lab downloaded child sexual abuse material from an IP address in Boulder County. It was later discovered that the material was connected to a device owned by Tolstick.

Officers obtained a search warrant on March 29 and Tolstick was arrested on Saturday. He is being held at the Boulder County Jail without bond for one count of sexual exploitation of a child with distribution and six counts of possession sexual material containing children.
