AUTO THEFT

A LongmontA Longmont resident reported auto theft and theft in the 00 block of Marshall Place. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this
time.

FRAUD

A Longmont resident reported fraud in the 4000 block of Portofino Drive. This case is open.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Wednesday, August 17, 2022, officers responded to the 1600 block of Main St for a domestic altercation. An investigation was conducted and
a suspect was arrested. Case is cleared by arrest.

DRUG VIOLATION

On 08/17/2022 the Longmont Police responded to the area of S. Pratt Pkwy and Jersey Ave., reference a reported disturbance. Upon arrival officers contacted a screaming adult female associated with a parked RV. The female was identified and found to be in possession of a quantity of narcotics. The female was cited and released from the scene.

FOLLOW UP

On 08/11/2022, Detectives assigned to the Boulder County Digital Forensics Laboratory assisted with a residential search warrant in the city of Lafayette regarding the unlawful possession and distribution of child exploitation material.

TRAFFIC STOP

On 08/15/2022 at about 1223 hours, Longmont Police attempted a traffic stop in the 1500 block of Otis Dr. Two suspects fled on foot and another was detained. A report was taken.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont juvenile was bitten by the family dog in the 200 block of East 5th Ave. The dog was quarantined at home.

AUTO THEFT

On 08/16/2022 at approximately 0836 hours, the Longmont Police were dispatched to the area of Linden St. and Mountain View Ave in reference to an Auto Theft. A report was completed and the vehicle was returned to its owner.

VICIOUS DOG 

A Longmont female was bitten in the 400 block of Martin St. The dog was quarantined at home.

A juvenile was bitten by a relative's dog in the 600 block of Peck Drive. The dog was placed on home quarantine.

DEATH

On Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at approximately 0945 hours, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 000 block of Ninth Ave to investigate a medical assist. A report was taken.

WARRANT ARREST

On Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at approximately 1250 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 300 block of Homestead Pkwy reference a suspicious situation. One adult male was identified and arrested for prior warrants.

INFORMATION

On Wednesday 8-17-2022 an adult female requested a copy of traffic camera video from S. Main St and Ken Pratt Blvd reference a property damage crash she was involved in and reported online.

FRAUD

On Wednesday, 8/17/22, a report was taken in the 1300 block of Missouri Ave. reference a fraud. The case is under investigation.

TRESPASS

On Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at about 1911 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 600 block of Martin Street on a report of a burglary. Upon arrival officers found an adult male entered a residence without permission. The male was contacted and served with a referral to restorative justice paperwork.
