HARASSMENT
On 08/13/2022 at around 2100 hours, Longmont Police Department officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Rees Ct reference a disturbance. A male adult was later taken into custody.
VICIOUS DOG
A Longmont woman was bitten by the family dog in the 100 block of Dawson Pl. The dog has been placed on quarantine.
STABBING
On 8/14/22, a Longmont Police officer was flagged down by a pedestrian in the 800 block of Lashley St, in reference to a disturbance. Officers responded to the 200 block of E Eighth Ave, where a male party was transported to the hospital for a stab wound and a female party was transported to the hospital due to a possible assault. The case is under investigation.
MISSING PERSON
On August 14, 2022 the Longmont Police Department took a report of a missing person who was last seen in the 2000 block of Pike Rd.
WARRANT ARREST
On Sunday August 14th, 2022, Longmont Police arrested a male for an outstanding warrant. The male was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics and a firearm.
SEX ASSAULT
On August 14th, 2022 at approximately 1456 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to a cold sex assault investigation that occurred in the 100 block of E. Ninth Avenue Longmont, CO.
TRAFFIC STOP
On 08/13/2022, Longmont Police officers attempted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Main St. The vehicle ran from officers and were not contacted. There area no suspect leads at this time.
TRESPASS
On 8/13/22, Longmont Police responded to a trespass in the 1600 block of Kimbark St. A male party was contacted and arrested for outstanding warrants, felony controlled substance possession and criminal trespass. Case cleared by arrest.
PROTECTION ORDER
On Saturday August 13, 2022 Longmont Police Officers took a report of a restraining order violation in the 800 block of 15th Ave. An arrest warrant is being obtained.
ASSAULT
On Saturday, August 13, 2022, Longmont Police took a report of an assault, which occurred in the 2200 block of 14th Ave.
SHOTS HEARD
On August 13, 2022, at approximately 2100 hours, officers responded to a report of gun shots in the 2600 block of Mountain View Avenue. Shell casings were located, and no one called in to report being injured or with any damaged property.
INJURY ACCIDENT
On Saturday, August 14, 2022 Longmont Police Officers responded to an injury accident at Park Ridge Ave/Main St. A report was taken.
FDC/CRIM TRESPASS
On Sunday, August 14, 2022, at approximately 1130 hours, officers were contacted by an adult male reporting that his vehicle was enter overnight and items were stolen. The vehicle was parked in front of his residence when the incident occurred. There are no suspect leads at this time.
ASSAULT
On August 14, 2022, Officers took a report of an assault that occurred in the 1000 block of S Hover St. An adult male was arrested for assault.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
On 08/14/2022 at approximately 1456 hours, an officer was dispatched to the 2200 block of Dexter Dr on a criminal mischief. A report was taken.
TRAFFIC STOP
Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Ken Pratt Blvd and E Third Avenue, an adult male was arrested for a protection order violation.
