CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

On Aug. 21, police responded to the 900 block of Hover Street in reference to a criminal mischief report. A 47-year-old woman reported damage to her vehicle.

PROTECTION ORDER 

On Aug. 21, officers responded to the 100 block of Empson Drive on a report of a restraining order violation between a man and woman. A warrant was written for the arrest of the man.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION 

On Aug. 21, police responded to the 1000 block of South Hover Street for a welfare check. A 26-year-old man was arrested on unrelated charges.

AUTO THEFT 

On Aug. 22, police responded to a motor vehicle theft in progress with a witness following. The stolen motorcycle was left unattended by the suspect in the 2200 block of 14th Avenue, processed for evidence and released.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

On Aug. 22 at approximately 0241 hours, police responded to the 1800 block Rannoch Drive in relation to first-degree criminal trespass to a vehicle. There are no suspect leads at this time.

DISTURBANCE 

On Aug. 22, police responded to the 1200 block of Kiteley Lane for a disturbance. A juvenile female and woman were contacted and no charges were filed.

ASSAULT 

On Aug. 22, officers responded to the 600 block of Lashley Street on report of an assault. A woman was contacted and taken to the hospital.

ARSON 

On Aug. 22, police responded to the area of Ken Pratt Boulevard and Nelson Road for a report of a brush fire. There are no suspects at this time.

THEFT 

On Aug. 22, a theft was reported in the 600 block of Weaver Park Road.

MEDICAL ASSIST 

On Aug. 22, police and medical staff responded to the 1500 block of Main Street. Upon investigation, a man was placed on a mental health hold.

AUTO THEFT 

On Aug. 22, police received a report of a man who did not remember where he left his vehicle the evening before. He and officers checked the areas he thought the vehicle might have been left, and did not find it. The vehicle was entered as stolen in law enforcement databases. 

AUTO THEFT 

On Aug. 22, police took a report of a stolen vehicle in the 2300 block of Zlaten Drive.

AUTO THEFT 

On Aug. 22, officers took a report of auto theft in the 1800 block of Boston Avenue.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT 

Animal control on Aug. 20 was contacted by a vet about injuries to a cat.

AUTO THEFT 

On Aug. 22, police took a report of a stolen vehicle in the 200 block of Alpine Street. A suspect has been identified.

MENACING 

On Aug. 22, officers took a report of menacing that occurred in May in the 3000 block of Davinci Drive.

THEFT 

On Aug. 22, police received a call for service in reference to a theft on the 1200 block of Atwood Street. Information was obtained and a report was generated.

DUI 

On Aug. 22, officers responded to the intersection of East Ken Pratt Boulevard and Third Avenue on report of a crash. A woman was contacted and arrested for DUI related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

ASSAULT 

On Aug. 22, police responded to the 200 block of East Fourth Avenue on a disturbance.  A man was issued a summons for assault.

NOISE 

On Aug. 22 at approximately 2238 hours, police responded to the 3500 block of Foxtail Place in relation to a noise complaint. A man was issued a summons for unreasonable noise.

VICIOUS DOG 

A juvenile was bitten by the family dog on Aug. 20. The dog was quarantined at home.

MISSING PERSON 

On Aug. 21, officers took a call regarding a missing person. A woman was entered into the state law enforcement database as a missing person.

DISTURBANCE 

On Aug. 22, police responded to the 700 block of Crisman Drive in reference to harassment. Information was obtained and a report was generated.

MISSING PERSON 

On Aug. 22, police took a report of a missing person in the 2000 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard.
