On 080323, officers took a report of theft in the 2700 block of Nelson Rd with an unknown suspect and an adult male victim.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On 08/03/2023 at approximately 1811 hours, the Longmont Police were dispatched to the 200 Block of Mountain View Ave in reference to a Domestic Disturbance in Progress. A female victim was contacted and a report was completed.
PROTECTION ORDER
On Thursday, 08/03/2023, at approximately 1948 hours, officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1400 block of S Collyer St for a report of a protection order violation. The case is open.
OTHER AGENCY ASSIST
On 8-3-23, Longmont Police assisted detectives from the Boulder County Computer Lab with a search warrant. Case is closed.
DEATH
On Wednesday, 7-2-2023, at approximately 1245 hours Longmont Police responded to 321 Quail Rd. on a death investigation. Officers and the Boulder County Coroner's Office investigated.
AUTO THEFT
On Wednesday, August 02, 2023, a Longmont Police Officer was dispatched to take a report of a stolen vehicle, from the 1600 block of Alpine St. No suspect leads. This case will be closed.

On Wednesday 08/03/2023 at approximately 0100 hours, officers contacted a vehicle in the 3000 block of E Ken Pratt Blvd. An adult male was arrested, a report was taken.

On Thursday, August 3, 2023, at approximately 1135 hrs, Longmont Police responded to the 2700 block of E Ken Pratt Blvd, in the City of Longmont, County of Weld, and State of Colorado, for a missing juvenile. A report was taken.

MENACING
On Thursday, August 03, 2023, a Longmont Police Officer took a report on a cold menacing from Tuesday, August 01, 2023. The alleged menacing took place in the 2000 block of Tyrrhenian Ct. This case is still under investigation and a suspect has been identified. A report was taken.
WELFARE CHECK

It was learned he had a protection order, where he is not able to consume controlled substances. The male was later arrested for a Protection Order Violation. This case is closed by arrest.
