BURGLARY

On Friday August 28th, 2020, Longmont Police officers responded to the 1400 block of Emery St. on a report of a burglary. A suspect has been
identified and this case is open.

THEFT

An employee of a Longmont business reported theft in the 2000 block of Main Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at
this time.

FRAUD 

A Longmont resident reported identity theft in the 1700 block of Preston Drive. This is a courtesy report for jurisdictional reasons.

SEX ASSAULT

On the evening of 8-27-20, an adult female reported she had been sexually assaulted the night before in south Longmont while visiting a friend.

ASSAULT

On August 28, 2020 the Longmont Police Department investigated a stabbing that occurred in the 700 block of Longs Peak Ave. An adult male
was arrested and charged with Attempted Murder and 1st Degree Assault.

DUI

On Friday, 08/28/20, Officers conducteda traffic stop on a vehicle in the 600 block of Main Street for the suspicion of driving under the influence.
A DUI investigation was condcuted and a male was arrested. Additionally, the male had several warrants for his arrest. The male was booked and
transported to the Boulder County Jail.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On Friday 08/28/2020 at approximately 0347 hours police responded to the 500 block Baker Street. An adult male was later identified and issued
a summons for 2nd degree criminal tampering and littering.

BURGLARY

On 08/26/2020, an adult female reported an overnight burglary to an a vehicle in an open garage in the 1600 block of Great Western Drive.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 08/26/2020, an adult male report a cold domestic incident with his wife in the 3000 block of Nelson Rd.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCID

On 08/27/2020, Longmont Police responded to the ara of 3rd Ave and Coffman St on the report of a Property Accident. An adult male and adult
female subject were seen fleeing fom the area. They were arrested and additional narcotics were located.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

The Cyber Crimes Unit of the Longmont Police Department assisted the Boulder County Drug Task Force with one of their cases by extracting
data from a phone belonging to a suspect in their investigation.

DUI

On August 27th, 2020, Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Ken Pratt BLVD and S. Fordham Road. One adult male was
contacted and arrested for DUI related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On Thursday, August 27, 2020 at about 1613 hours, Officerss with the Longmont Police Department were dispatched to the 100 Blk of 21st Ave.,
Longmont, CO for an attempt to locate. One male was contacted and arrested. The male was taken to the Boulder County Jail.

TRAFFIC STOP

On August 28th, 2020, Officers initiated a traffic stop near Oxford Road and S. Main Street (287). One adult male was contacted a issued a
summons for traffic related charges. Case cleared by arrest-Summons issued.

MENACING

On Friday, August 28, 2020 at about 1610 hours, Longmont Police took a report of menacing that occurred on August 25, 2020 in the 1700 block
of Whitehall Drive.

HARASSMENT

On Friday, August 28, 2020 at about 1900 hours, Longmont Police dispatched to the 800 block of Independence Drive on a report of a
disturbance. Upon arrival officers cited an adult male with harassment against an adult male and female.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On August 28, 2020, Longmont Police took a report of a First Degree Criminal Trespass in the 600 block of Grandview Meadows Dr. An adult
female was spoken to.
