CRIMINAL MISCHIEF IN PROGRESS

On August 30, 2021, officers took a call of a criminal mischief in the 2400 block of 9th Ave. and a report was taken.  

DUI

On 08/31/21, officers responded to the 2200 block of 22nd Ave. on a report of a suspicious vehicle. An adult male was contacted and arrested on  suspicion of Driving Under the Influence of Drugs. Case is cleared by arrest. 

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Tuesday, August 31, 2021, at approximately 0800 hours, Longmont Police took a report of a domestic incident occurring in the 500 block of Baker St.  

MISSING PERSON

On Tuesday, 08/31/21, a Longmont,CO resident reported a missing person. 

AUTO THEFT 

On August 30, 2021, a stolen vehicle out of Westminster was located abandoned in a parking lot in the 2200 block of E. Ken Pratt Blvd. An unknown female is observed leaving the vehicle. This case is closed.  

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On 08/30/2021, an officer from the Longmont Police Department took a report of a sex assault that occurred outside of Longmont over the weekend.  

WARRANT ARREST 

On 08/30/2021, officers stopped an adult male riding his bike in the 1000 block of 17th Ave. After investigation, the male was arrested on four outstanding warrants. Case is cleared with an arrest. 

DUI

On 08/30/21, at about 2150 hours, officers responded to the intersection of Main St. and 17th Ave. for a crash. The driver that was the proximate cause of the crash was arrested for DUI and transported to Boulder County Jail.  

THEFT 

On Tuesday, August 31, 2021, at approximately 0630 hours, officers took a phone report from the 800 block of Summer Hawk Dr. This was reference stolen license plates.  

AUTO THEFT 

On Tuesday, 8/31/21, a report was taken reference an aggravated motor vehicle theft which occurred in the 900 block of Button Rock Dr. The suspects are unknown.  

SEX ASSAULT

Police were notified that a rumor was going around a school that a girl was raped. One witness reported it to the school counselor and this case is being investigated. Because of the nature of the incident, the address and school is not being revealed at this time.  

ASSIST 

On Tuesday, August 31, 2021, at approximately 0945 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 200 block of Main St., for a report of an escapee. A report was taken and a warrant will be issued. 

THEFT

On Tuesday, 8/31/21, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 400 block of Andersen St. The suspects are unknown.  

DISTURBANCE

On August 31, 2021, Longmont officers took a call of a disturbance in the 700 block of Crisman Drive. Two adult females were involved in the altercation where one of the females was upset and tried to hit the other female. Victim doesn't want criminal charges and a report was taken. 

DISTURBANCE

On Tuesday, August 31, 2021, at about 14441 hours, Longmont Police took a report of a harassment that occurred in the 1300 block of 19th Avenue. Upon arrival officers found two adult females were pushing each other. A report was taken. 

CHILD

On August 31, 2021, Longmont Police officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of Centennial Dr. on a report of three missing children. After investigation, all three children were returned home safely. 

FRAUD

On Tuesday, August 31, 2021, at about 1639 hours, Longmont Police took a report of a forgery that occurred in the 2300 block of Main Street. Officers were advised an adult male passed a forged check. A report was taken. 

WARRANT ARREST

On August 31, 2021, the Longmont Police Department contacted two individuals in the 1600 block of Main Street who had warrants for their arrest. Both individuals were taken into custody and transported to the Boulder County Jail. This case is cleared by arrest.
