THEFT

A Longmont resident reported theft in the 900 block of South Hover Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

WELFARE CHECK

On Thursday, August 6th, 2020, Longmont Police responded to the 700 block of E 4th Avenue in reference to a welfare check. A 56 year old male was arrested on unrelated felony and misdemeanor warrants. Case is cleared by arrest.

AUTO THEFT

On Thursday, 08/06/20, a report was taken reference an aggravated motor vehicle theft which occurred in the 2300 block of Zlaten Dr.. The suspects are unknown.

HARASSMENT

On August 6, 2020 the Longmont Police Department investigated a phone harassment that occurred in the 200 block of S. Main St.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Thursday, August 6, 2020, at approximately 1000 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to a domestic violence incident in the 200 block of Kimbark St.

ASSAULT

On August 6, 2020 the Longmont Police Department spoke to an adult male who reported he had been the victim of an assault that occurred somewhere in Longmont off of Hwy 66.

HARASSMENT

On August 6, 2020 the Longmont Police Department investigated a phone harassment that occurred in the 600 block of 4th Ave.

SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF CHILD

On August 6, 2020 the Longmont Police Department investigated a suspicious situation in the 200 block of Price Rd.

TRESPASS

Officers contacted a male near the intersection of Ken Pratt Blvd and South Sunset Street. The male had several warrants for his arrest, lied about who he was, and fled from officers. Officers were unable to locate him.

FRAUD

A Longmont CO resident in the 1800 block of 18th Ave. reported an incident of fraud. The case is under investigation.

ASSAULT

On Thursday, August 6, 2020, Officers responded to the 1500 block of S. Hover St. reference a disturbance. An adult female was taken into custody and later released on a summons. The case is cleared by arrest, summons issued.

ASSAULT

On August 6, 2020, Longmont Police took a report in the 400 block of Pratt St. A report was taken.

SEX ASSAULT

On 8/06/2020 Officers investigated a prior sexual assault in the 4500 block of Redmond Dr. This case is open and forwarded to detectives.

ASSAULT

On August 6, 2020, Longmont Police took a report of an assault in the 2000 block of Main St. A report was taken.

WARRANT ARREST

On July 14, 2020, Officers took an adult male in to custody reference a municipal warrant in the 200 block of Main St. The male bonded out, the case is cleared by arrest.

MENACING

On Monday, 08/06/20, Officers received a report of a reported menacing in the 200 block of South Main Street. Officers responded and conducted an investigation. It was found that no crime of menacing was committed and one male party was trespassed from the area.

WELFARE CHECK

On 08/05/2020 (Wednesday) at approximately 1038 hours, officers responded to the 2200 block of Pratt Street on the report of an adult female who might be having a mental health crisis. Officers placed the adult female into protective custody and transported her to a local facility for further evaluation.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at about 1800 hours, Officers with the Longmont Police Department were dispatched to the 300 Blk of ken Pratt Blvd., Longmont, CO for the report of a first degree criminal trespass. No suspect information at this time.

FRAUD

On Thursday, 08/5/20, a report was taken reference a theft which did not occur in Longmont. The suspects are unknown.

FOLLOW UP

On Thursday, August 6, 2020, the Longmont Police Department began investigating an adult male for failure to register as a sex offender. The case remains open pending additional follow-up.

THEFT

On Thursday, 08/6/20, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 1900 Blk. of Lincoln St. The suspects are unknown.

WELFARE CHECK

On 08/06/200 (Thursday) at approximately 1741 hours, Officers responded to the 800 block of Nelson Park Drive on the report of a disturbance. Officers responded and found a juvenile female who was having a mental health crisis. The juvenile female was transported to a local facility for further evaluation.
