THEFT
A Longmont resident reported theft and unauthorized use of a financial transaction device in the 300 block of Quail Road. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On Thursday 08/05/2021, officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Sunset St to the report of a domestic dispute. A report was taken and no arrests were made.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On Thursday, August 5, 2021 at about 2056 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Main Street on a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival officers arrested an adult male and an adult female for violating a protection order and other charges. Both were transported to the Boulder County Jail.
DEATH
On Friday 08/06/2021, officers were dispatched to the report of an unconscious, not breathing party at the 600 block of Martin. A death was pronounced.
FDC/CRIM TRESPASS
On Friday, 8/6/21, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass, theft and identity theft which occurred in the 1000 block of Olympia Ave. The suspects are unknown.
TRAFFIC STOP
On August 6th, 2021, officers initiated a traffic stop near the 1100 block of Main St. The adult male driver was issued a citation for traffic related charges. Case cleared by arrest.
PROTECTION ORDER
On 08/06/2021 Longmont Police responded to the area of 15th Avenue and Baker Street, reference an alleged violation of a protection order. An adult female stated an adult male, against whom she has a protection order, was at her residence. The male was contacted and taken into custody without incident. The male was found to have three active warrants for his arrest, and was in possession of a controlled substance. The male was medically cleared and transported to the Boulder County Jail.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On Friday 08/06/2021, officers responded to the report of a domestic dispute between a male and a female at the 900 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. Report was taken, case is still open.
THEFT
On Friday, 08/06/21 A Longmont,CO resident reported a theft in the 1400 block of Gay St. There are no investigative leads.
WARRANT ARREST
On Friday, August 06,2021 at 1427 hours officers were dispatched to the 400 block of Longs Peak Ave in reference to a civil standby. The male was arrested on an outside warrant and released on bond.
PROTECTION ORDER
On 080621, officers responded to the 700 block of 9th Ave reference the welfare check of an adult male. The case is cleared by arrest.
VICIOUS DOG
A child was bit on the face by a dog while playing with friends. The dog was placed on quarantine at home.
GRAFFITI
On 08/06/2021 Longmont Police responed to a residence in the 200 block of Sunset St. to the report of a party tagging a resident's fence with spray paint. Officers collected the available information and a report was taken.
