AUTO THEFT
An employee of a Longmont business reported auto theft in the 1800 block of Industrial Circle. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.
IDENTITY THEFT
A Longmont resident reported identity theft which occurred at an unknown location. A courtesy report was taken.
STABBING
On 08/06/20 an adult female was arrested for 2nd degree assault and VPO in the 800 block of 17th Ave. The adult male victim was found to be in violation of a mandatory protection order and was also arrested.
WARRANT ARREST
On Friday, 08-07-2020, Longmont Police responded to a possible burglary in progress in the 1400 blk of Emery St. Upon investigation, numerous parties were contacted inside the residence and an adult male was arrested on a felony warrant.
DISTURBANCE
On 08/07/2020 (Friday) at approximately 1259 hours, Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Main Street on the report of a disturbance. Officers located an adult female in the 00 block of Main Street suffering from a mental health crisis. The female was taken into protective custody and transported to a local facility for further evaluation.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On August 7, 2020, Longmont Police took a report of a domestic in the 1500 block of Stuart St. An adult female was talked to and a report taken. This case is open.
ATTEMPT TO LOCATE
On 08/07/2020, Longmont officers responded to the area of S Bowen St/Grand Ave. on information of a wanted party in an RV in the area. After the male was seen leaving the RV, he fled from officers on his bicycle. Male was followed and was eventually placed in custody. Case cleared by arrest.
FDC/CRIM TRESPASS
On Friday, 08/7/20, a report was taken reference an attempted criminal trespass and criminal mischief which occurred in the 1700 Blk. of Cook Ct. The suspects are unknown.
TRAFFIC STOP
On Friday, 08/07/20, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near 15th Avenue and Francis Street. The driver of the vehicle was charged with traffic violations as well as drug charges and transported to the Boulder County Jail.
HARASSMENT
The Longmont Police Department investigated a harassment complaint in the 2500 block of Sunset Dr. Case is cleared by arrest.
PROTECTION ORDER
On August 6, 2020 Longmont Police took a report of a violation of restraining order which occurred in the 2400 block of Airport Road. Police discovered the restraining order had been modified by the victim allowing contact, so there was no violation. This report is for information purposes.
INJURY ACCIDENT
On August 6th, 2020, Officers responded to the intersection of E. Longs Peak Ave and Meeker Street on report of an injury crash. A juvenile was struck by a vehicle suffering minor injuries.
AUTO THEFT
On Friday, August 7, 2020 Longmont Police responded to the 1200 blk of Cornell Dr on a stolen truck. Vehicle recovered and returned to the owner. Closed.

On August 7, 2020, Longmont Police took a report of a theft in the 700 block of S Bowen St. A report was taken.
