SHOPLIFT 

Police on Dec. 11 took a report of shoplifting that had just occurred in the 2200 block of Main Street. A man fled the scene.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT 

A resident on Dec. 11 reported finding suspicious food-type objects in her yard.

DRUG TASK FORCE 

A resident called police regarding an ongoing neighborhood problem on Ashford Circle. It will be forwarded to the appropriate city personnel for follow-up.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST 

A stolen vehicle was recovered Dec. 11 in the 200 block of Lashley Street. A report was taken and forwarded to the agency that reported the vehicle stolen.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST 

The Longmont Cyber Crimes Unit assisted the Golden Police Department with an investigation involving invasion of privacy. All inquiries about the ongoing investigation should be directed to Golden police.

TRESPASS 

Officers on Dec. 10 took a report of first-degree trespassing in the 1400 block of Clover Creek Lane. This case is under investigation.

THEFT 

A report was taken Dec. 11 in reference to burglary and theft that occurred in the 1500 block of Main Street. The suspects are unknown.

THEFT 

A report was taken Dec. 11 in reference to a theft that occurred in the 2100 block of Dexter Drive. The suspects are unknown.

PROTECTION ORDER 

Police on Dec. 11 investigated a violation of a protection order in east Longmont.

WARRANT ARREST 

A man came to the Longmont Police Department on Dec. 11  to turn himself in on warrants. He was arrested and taken to the Boulder County Jail.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

Police on Dec. 11 responded to the 500 block of Emery Street in reference to a domestic incident. A report was taken.
