DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On Dec. 17, while conducting follow up on a domestic violence incident, detectives learned of unreported assaults involving a man and woman. This case is under investigation.

THEFT 

A report was taken Dec. 17 in reference to a theft that occurred in the 1600 block of Pace Street. The suspect is unknown.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST 

On Dec. 15, an officer became aware of a possible sexual assault that occurred in Boulder. The case is closed and referred to the Boulder Police Department.

BURGLARY 

On Dec. 17 at approximately 0830 hours, police took a report via phone of a burglary that occurred in the 2700 block of Copper Peak Lane. A woman and a man were involved. No charges were filed.

THEFT 

An employee on Dec. 14 reported employee theft at a business in the 200 block of Lashley Street. Leads are being investigated.

ASSIST 

Police on Dec. 16 investigated an escape from Community Corrections in the 200 block of Main Street. An arrest warrant will be drafted for the suspect’s arrest.

INJURY ACCIDENT 

Officers on Dec. 16 responded to Ken Pratt Boulevard and South Emery Street for an injury crash involving two vehicles. A woman was transported to the hospital with serious injuries. A second woman was issued a summons for careless driving causing injury. The case is closed.

BURGLARY 

Officers on Dec. 16 responded to trespassing in the 700 block of South Bowen Street. A man was issued a summons.

INJURY ACCIDENT 

Police on Dec. 16 responded to the area of South Hover Street and Lykins Gulch Road for a crash. A 40-year-old woman was arrested for DUI and narcotics-related charges.

SHOPLIFT 

Police on Dec. 16 took a report of a suspected theft in the 1700 block of Main Street in which a woman is suspected. 

WARRANT ARREST 

On Dec. 16 at approximately 1855 hours, officers contacted a woman in the area of Terry Street and Queens Drive. She was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant. She was unable to post her bond and transported to the Boulder County Jail. 

THEFT 

On Dec. 17 at 0926 hours, police responded to King Soopers, 995 S. Hover St., on a report of a theft. A man was contacted and arrested on unrelated warrants. The suspect was issued a summons for the theft. 

CHILD 

On Dec. 17at approximately 1250 hours, police took a report of a possible child abuse incident. The report will be forwarded to Social Services.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

Police on Dec. 17 took a report of attempted auto theft. No suspects have been identified.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST 

On Dec. 17 at about 1612 hours, police took a report of a domestic disturbance that occurred about a year ago in Phoenix. A report was completed and sent to the Phoenix Police Department.

WARRANT ARREST 

On Dec. 17 at 1620 hours, police arrested a 15-year-old boy on an outstanding warrant in the 200 block of Kimbark St. He was released on bond.
