CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

A resident on Dec. 23 reported first-degree criminal trespass, theft and criminal mischief in the 600 block of Kimbark Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

IDENTITY THEFT 

A resident on Dec. 23 reported identity theft in the 2400 block of Tulip Street. 

MISSING PERSON 

A report was taken Dec. 23 in reference to a missing person in the 3500 block of Camden Drive. The case is closed.

INJURY ACCIDENT 

On Dec. 18 around 1829 hours, police responded to an injury crash at East Ninth Avenue and Pace Street. A vehicle turned left in front of approaching traffic causing a collision. The driver of the left turn vehicle was issued a summons.

PROTECTION ORDER 

On Dec. 21 at approximately 2146 hours, officers contacted a woman in the 800 block of Summer Hawk Drive regarding a protection order. The case is under investigation.

VICIOUS DOG 

A woman was bitten on Dec. 22 while breaking up a dog fight in the 2000 block of Beech Circle. The dog has been placed in quarantine.

HARASSMENT 

On Dec. 22 at approximately 2020 hours, officers were contacted by a man in the 300 block of Ninth Avenue regarding harassing text messages he was receiving from his soon-to-be ex-wife. The investigation determined he had not advised his wife he no longer wanted her to contact him by text. The case is unfounded.

TRESPASS 

Officers on Dec. 23 responded to the 2200 block of Mountain View Avenue in reference to trespassing.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT 

On Dec. 23 at approximately 0930 hours, police responded to 10 block of Denver Way regarding a suicide attempt. A woman took pills in an attempt to take her life. She was placed on a mental health hold for evaluation.

IDENTITY THEFT 

A resident on Dec. 23 reported identity theft in the 1400 block of Renaissance Drive. 

MENACING 

Police on Dec. 23 investigated menacing in the 1500 block of Pratt Street. 

PROTECTION ORDER 

Police on Dec. 23 responded to the 900 block of Kimbark Street for reports of a man with an outstanding warrant. A man was contacted and arrested.

WELFARE CHECK 

On Dec. 23 at approximately 1532 hours, officers were dispatched to a welfare check in the 1100 block of 21st Avenue. 

MISSING PERSON 

A Berthoud resident on Dec. 23 reported a missing adult in Longmont. 

INFORMATION 

Police on Dec. 23 took a report of possible neglect. The case is being forwarded to detectives to determine if follow-up is necessary. The case is open.

VICIOUS DOG 

A juvenile on Dec. 23 was bitten by a dog in the 900 block of Main Street.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

On Dec. 23 about 1826 hours, officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of Deerwood Drive for a report of criminal mischief. The suspect was later contacted and issued a summons.

DRUG VIOLATION 

On Dec. 23 at approximately 2059 hours, officers were dispatched to a narcotics violation that occurred in the 1500 block of Calkins Avenue.
