CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
On Dec. 20 at approximately 1630 hours, officers were dispatched to Rocky Mountain Elementary for a truck doing doughnuts in a field on the east side of the school. The truck was located Dec. 23, when an officer responded to a truck doing doughnuts on a soccer field. The juvenile male driver was issued a summons for vandalism. The case is closed.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
Officers on Dec. 26 responded to the 1200 block of Fremont Court for a report of a domestic incident between a man and woman. After investigation, a man was arrested on domestic violence charges and taken to Boulder County Jail
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On Dec. 27 at 0044 hours, officers investigated a domestic violence allegation in the 2700 block of Copper Peak Lane. A man from Texas was arrested.
ASSAULT
Police on Dec. 27 took a report of a possible assault involving two boys that happened at the skatepark in the 3000 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
Officers on Dec. 27 responded to the 30 block of University Drive for a report of a man assaulting a woman. Officers were unable to locate the man or established probable cause to issue an arrest warrant.
THEFT
On Dec. 27 around 1400 hours, officers responded to a report of license plates stolen in the 900 block of Little Leaf Court.
SHOPLIFT
On Dec. 27 around 1800 hours, police responded to the 1700 block of Main Street for a report of shoplifting involving a man and woman.
INFORMATION
On Dec. 27 at approximately 0745 hours, an officer took an informational report in reference to a phone scam that occurred in the 1700 block of Lincoln Street.
DEATH
Officers on Dec. 27 were dispatched for the death of an 86-year-old man in the 1200 block area of Juniper Street. Death was from natural causes.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
Police on Dec. 27 took a report of graffiti on a gazebo at a city park in the 1700 block of 24th Avenue. City staff will clean the graffiti, and there are no suspects or workable leads in this case.
SHOPLIFT
Officers on Dec. 27 were dispatched to a theft that occurred in the 2200 blk of Main Street.
