AUTO THEFT

A Longmont resident reported auto theft in the 700 block of Boston Avenue. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On 12/28/2022, officers responded to the area of Elliott Street and Copeland Way for several vehicle break-ins.

SHOOTING

On 12/29/2022, at approximately 0200 hours, police responded to the 600 block of Mount Evans Street for an adult female that had been shot by an adult male suspect. This incident is under investigation.

WARRANT ARREST

On Thursday, December 29th, 2022, an officer attempted to serve a warrant in the 1400 block of S. Collyer Street. Two individuals were contacted and arrested.

DEATH

On 122922, officers were dispatched to a welfare check in the 400 block of Elliot Street. An adult male was found deceased.

AUTO THEFT

On 12/29/2022, officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 600 block of 10th Avenue on the report of an auto theft. A report was taken. Case Status: Closed.

BURGLARY

On December 29, 2022 Longmont officers responded to the 200 block of Weaver Park Road for a reported burglary. An investigation into criminal mischief was conducted.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont woman's dog was attacked by a loose dog while out on a walk. The dog was located and a summons was issued.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Wednesday, December 28, 2022, officers took a phone report of a protection order violation in the 2300 block of Gay Street. A report was generated.

PROTECTION ORDER

On 12/28/2022 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 200 block of S Main Street for a violation of protection order. One adult male was contacted. Case closed.

FOLLOW UP

On Wednesday, December 28, 2022, Longmont police were dispatched to a found missing person/runaway at the 200 block of 15th Avenue. A twelve-year-old female was contacted and later returned to her responsible party.

SHOPLIFT

On 12/28/2022 at approximately 2130 officers responded to the 2200 block of E Ken Pratt Boulevard for a theft. One adult white female was contacted and written a summons for theft. This case is clear by summons.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On 12/28/2022 the Longmont Police Department responded to a first-degree criminal trespassing call in the 200 block of Western Sky Circle. One adult male was contacted. Case closed.

On Wednesday, December 28, 2022, officers responded to the 2600 block of Wedgewood Avenue for a first-degree criminal trespass. There is no suspect information. A report was generated.

AUTO THEFT

On December 29th, 2022 at approximately 0058 hours, an officer investigated an auto theft in the 1200 block of Bowen Circle. No suspect information was obtained.

On 12/28/2022, officers responded to the 500 Block of Copeland Way for a vehicle break-in.

On 12/28/2022, officers responded to the 800 block of Elliott St for several vehicle break-ins.

BURGLARY

On Thursday, 12/29/22, a report was taken reference a burglary, criminal trespass and theft which occurred in the 1300 block of Collyer Street. The suspects are unknown.

FOLLOW UP

On Thursday, December 29, 2022, the Longmont Police Department began investigating an adult male for failure to verify location as a sex offender. The case remains open pending additional follow-up.

THEFT

On Thursday, 12/29/22, a report was filed in reference to a theft and criminal mischief which occurred in the 1600 block of Main Street. The incident is under investigation.

SHOPLIFT

On 12/29/2022 at approximately 2120 hours, officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2200 block of E Ken Pratt Boulevard for a report of a shoplifting incident. Information was gathered and a report was generated.
