THEFT

A Longmont resident reported theft in the 1100 block of Atwood Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

TRAFFIC STOP 

On 11/25/2021, Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of Main St. An adult female driver was contacted and it was discovered she had an open alcoholic container in her vehicle. The female was summoned and released.

PROTECTION ORDER 

On Wednesday, 12/01/2021, at approximately 2309 hours, police responded to the area of Martin Street and 2nd Avenue in relation to a possible First Degree Trespass to a vehicle, later changed to a protection order violation. An adult male was arrested and transported to jail.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Thursday, 12/02/21, a Longmont, CO resident reported vandalism in the 300 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. There are no investigative leads.

THEFT

On Thursday, 12/2/21, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 400 block of Bowen St. The suspects are unknown.

SEX ASSAULT

On Thursday, December 2, 2021, the Longmont Police Department and the Boulder County Housing and Human Services generated a report regarding the exploitation of a child. No suspects have been identified.

THEFT

On Thursday, 12/2/21, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 2500 block of Main St. The incident is under investigation.

FRAUD

On Thursday, 12/02/21, a Longmont, CO resident reported an attempted theft and forgery. The case is under investigation.

THEFT

On 12/2/21, officers investigated a theft in the 1800 block of Princess Dr. An adult female was stating her adult son had took her elder dog while she was at the grocery store in an attempt to save the dog from being euthanized. The investigation continues.

PROTECTION ORDER 

On December 2, 2021, around 1715 hrs, Longmont Police responded to the 400 block of Vivian St. on report of a restraining order violation. A report was taken.

WARRANT ARREST

On 12/02/2021, at about 1825 hours, Longmont Officers responded to the 1900 block of Collyer Street reference a trespass. A male was contacted and taken to jail on a warrant.

ASSAULT

On 12/2/2021, at about 2023 hours, Longmont Officer responded to the 2600 block of Denver Ave. reference an assault.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 12/02/2021, at approximately 1614 hours, the Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1500 Block of Foster Court in reference to a Domestic Disturbance. A report was taken.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Thursday, 12/2/21, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass and theft. The suspects are unknown. 

FOLLOW UP

On Thursday, December 2, 2021, the Longmont Police Department began investigating an adult male for failure to register as a sex offender. The case remains open pending additional follow-up.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCID

On 12/2/2021, at approximately 1512 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to a reported sex assault in the 300 block of Quail Rd. Officers contacted and interviewed parents and a juvenile and a report was completed. Case open.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST 

On Thursday, December 2, 2021, at about 1605 hours, Longmont Police assisted another police department with collecting evidence from a local hospital.
