TRESPASS

On Thursday 12/23/2021 at around 0920 hours, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of Judson St in reference to a trespass. A male adult was issued a Court Summons.

ASSAULT

On Thursday 12/23/2021 at around 1100 hours, Longmont Police Department Officers responded to the intersection of Francis St and Ute Hwy in reference to a disturbance. A report was taken for the incident.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont, CO resident in the 2300 block of Sherman Street reported a theft of tools from his vehicle. There are no investigative leads.

THEFT

A Longmont, CO business owner in the 100 block of S. Main Street reported a theft of rental equipment. A summons has been issued.

BURGLARY

On 12/22/2021, Longmont Police took a report of a suspicious person in the 200 E block of Longs Peak Ave. An adult female found her front door damaged in an attempt to burglarize her residence. There are no suspects at this time.

THEFT

On 12/22/2021, Longmont Police responded to the 1900 block of Pace St on the report of a Theft. An unknown subject stole an adult female's purse. There are no suspects at this time.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On December 22, 2021, the Longmont Police Department recovered a stolen vehicle in the 00 block of 9th Avenue. There are two suspects in this case, which is open for further investigation.

SHOPLIFT

On Thursday, 12/23/21 An employee of a Longmont,CO business reported a theft in the 1000 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. There are no investigative leads.

SEX ASSAULT

On December 23, 2021 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 600 block of Martin St on the report of a sexual assault on a child. A suspect has been identified. Case is open.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

The Longmont Police Department investigated a criminal mischief at 1727 Main St.

TRESPASS

On December 23, 2021, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of Main St in reference to an adult female harassing and throwing rocks at people in the area. Through the investigation the female was contacted and issued a summons to appear.

DEATH

On Thursday, December 23, 2021 at about 1517 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Alpine Street on a report of a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival officers found an adult male was deceased inside the vehicle. A report was taken.

SHOPLIFT

On Thursday 12/23/2021 Officers were dispatched to the report of a shoplift at Walmart North, 2514 Main Street. A summons was issued.

MENACING

On Thursday 12/23/2021 Officers were dispatched to the report of a Menacing at 1834 Main Street. Arrests were made.

ROBBERY

On 12/23/2021 at approximately 1939 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 1900 block of Main St for a reported robbery. Two adult male parties were contacted and arrested.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On 12/23/2021 officers investigated a suspicious situation in the 1600 block of Main St. Officers attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle and the vehicle eluded the officer.

WELFARE CHECK

On Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at approximately 1245 hours, officers were dispatched to the lobby of the police department at 225 Kimbark Street to speak with an adult male regarding some mental health problems his adult daughter was having. The daughter was placed on a mental health hold. The case is closed.

BURGLARY

The Longmont Police Department investigated a burglary at 2540 Sunset Dr. Case is open.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On December 22, 2021 Longmont Police investigated a suspicious situation involving some custody and civil disagreements amongst a family. There is nothing criminal at this time, and this report is for informational purposes.

FRAUD

INITIAL INFORMATION: On Monday, December 20, 2021, Longmont Police made an arrest in the 500 block of Main St. The arrestee had several IDs and financial cards in his possession which were not his. This case is open.

AUTO THEFT

On Wednesday, December 22, 2021, Longmont Police responded to the 100 block of E Rogers Rd, for a recovered stolen vehicle. This case is open.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Wednesday, December 22, 2021, Longmont Police took a report of a protection order violation. This case is open.

WARRANT ARREST

On Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at approximately 1527 hours, officers were contacted by an automobile recovery agent working for Budget Rent A Car regarding a vehicle that had not been returned to the company. The adult male who rented the vehicle was contacted and arrested on an outstanding warrant. The vehicle was turned over to the recovery agent. The case is cleared by arrest.

THEFT

A Longmont, CO resident in the 400 block of Barnard Ct. reported a theft and forgery of checks. The case has been forwarded for investigation.

SHOPLIFT

On 12/22/2021, Longmont Police responded to the 2200 E block of Ken Pratt Blvd on the report of a Shoplift. An adult male was contacted for shoplifting and issued a summons.

TRAFFIC STOP

On Wednesday, December 22, 2021, officers initiated a traffic stop in the area of 21st Ave and Main St. The vehicle eluded officers. An investigation was conducted and an arrest was made. Case is cleared by arrest.
