CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Friday, December 25, 2020, Longmont Police took a report of a criminal mischief incident in the 900 block of Kimbark St.

On Friday, December 25, 2020, Longmont Police responded to the 1200 block of Meadow St. reference a criminal trespass. A report was taken.

AUTO THEFT

On Friday, December 25, 2020 Longmont Police Officers took a report of a stolen vehicle in the 2700 block of Denver Way. There are no suspects. A report was taken.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Friday, December 25, 2020, Longmont Police responded to the 1200 block of Meadow St. reference a criminal trespass incident. A report was taken.

On Friday, December 25, 2020, officers were contacted by an adult female regarding a theft from her vehicle in the 100 block of East 5th Avenue. The vehicle was entered between 1500 hours on Thursday and 1300 hours on Friday. There are no suspect leads.

WELFARE CHECK

On 12/25/2020 around 1630 hours officers were dispatched to a welfare check in the 1400 block of Dry Creek Drive. A report was taken.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Friday, December 25, 2020 at about 2018 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1300 block of Sumner Street on a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival officers contacted an adult male and an adult female. A report was taken.

VICIOUS DOG

On 12/25/2020 around 2130 hours officers responded to an aggressive dog in the 4500 block of Portifino drive. A report was taken.

SHOPLIFT

On December 26, 2020 Longmont Police took a report of a shoplift from a business in the 300 block of South Hover St. The adult male is identified, but has not yet been located by police. This case is open pending a summons or warrant.

DEATH

On Friday, December 25, 2020 Longmont Police Officers responded to a death in the 1100 block of Twin Peaks Cir. A 62 year old male was deceased.

DUI

On December 25, 2020 Longmont Police contacted an adult female in her running vehicle in a parking lot in the 1900 block of Mountain View Ave who was suspected of being under the influence and seen driving into the parking lot with the past 15 minutes. The adult female was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence and driving under revocation per se. This case is cleared by arrest.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On Friday, December 25, 2020 Longmont Police Officers responded to a sexual exploitation of a child in the 1100 block of Frontier St. This case is being investigated.

WELFARE CHECK

On December 25, 2020 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1400 block of Northwestern Rd. for a welfare check. This report is for information only.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On December 25, 2020 Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of E Longs Peak Ave reference a physical domestic violence incident. It was reported that an adult male had been assaulted by an adult female in the area. Based on the investigation the adult female was taken into custody without incident.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On 12/25/20 Longmont Police, EMS and the CORE team responded to the 1100 block of Trout Cir on a report of a suicidal adult male. The male was later placed into protective custody and transported to a nearby hospital where he was placed on a mental health hold.
