On 12/08/2021 at around 1000 Longmont Police Officers responded to the 200 block of Kimbark St reference a sex assault. The case is still being investigated.
THEFT
A Longmont, CO resident in the 1100 block of Hover Street reported a stolen license plate. There are no investigative leads.
WELFARE CHECK
On 12/7/2021 at about 1430 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 1600 block of Airport Road for a mental health evaluation. A juvenile female was transported to a local facility for further evaluation.
AUTO THEFT
On 12/08/2021 the Longmont Police responded to the 2000 block of Collyer St., reference a reported hit & run accident. Upon arrival officers found a vehicle had collided with a parked vehicle and the driver had fled. The vehicle was found to have been an unreported stolen vehicle.
SEX ASSAULT
On 12/8/21, Longmont Police took a report of a cold sex assault that occurred in the 2800 block of Humbolt Cir. The case is open.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
On 120821, officers took a report of criminal mischief in the 200 block of Coffman St with an unknown suspect.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On 12/08/2021 at 1134 hrs. Longmont Police Officers responded to 1600 9th Ave. apartment 214 in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado on a domestic disturbance. An adult male was taken into custody on DV related theft charges.
WARRANT ARREST
On 120821, officers arrested a female with a warrant in the 200 block of Kimbark St.
THEFT
On Wednesday, December 8, 2021, a male reported his bike was stolen from the 300 block of Homestead Parkway. A report was taken.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
On 12/08/2021, at approximately 1800 hrs., Longmont Police responded to the 100 blk of S. Main St., on the report of vandalism. An adult male party was contacted and issued a summons. This case has been cleared by arrest.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On December 8th, 2021 at approximately 1743 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the1400 block of Meeker Drive Longmont, CO. An adult male was arrested.
MENACING
On 12/08/2021, Longmont Police responded to the 1200 E block of 4th Ave on the report of a Felony Menacing.
WELFARE CHECK
On December 8th, 2021 at approximately 2031 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the1700 block of Shavano Street Longmont, CO in reference to an unresponsive male in the roadway. An adult male was transported to the hospital.
FDC/CRIM TRESPASS
On Sunday, 12/08/2021, Longmont Police responded to the 400 blk. of 11 Ave. in reference to first degree Vehicle Trespass. A report was taken.
PROTECTION ORDER
On Monday, 12/06/2021 a report of violation of a protection order was made in the 4900 block of Nelson Road. Warrant pending.
AUTO THEFT
On Tuesday December 7, 2021, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to take a report of a stolen vehicle from the 700 block Delaware Ave.
SEX ASSAULT
On 12/7/21, Longmont Police took a report of an unlawful sexual contact in the 1000 block of Sunset St. The case is unfounded.
SHOPLIFT
On 12/08/2021 at 0927 hrs. I, Ofc Carter, responded to a theft in progress at the Wal-Mart located at 2514 Main St. An adult male suspect was contacted and issued a summons for theft and obstruction. The case was cleared by arrest.
MENACING
On Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at approximately 1509 hours, officers responded to the area of 11th Avenue and Francis Street in reference to a menacing that occurred in the parking lot of a business.
An adult male reported that the driver of black vehicle pointed a handgun at him.
