TRAFFIC STOP
On Feb. 2 at approximately 1630 hours, an officer attempted to stop a stolen vehicle in the area of Third Avenue and Martin Street. The vehicle eluded the officer.

On Feb. 2 at approximately 2155 hours, police made a traffic stop in the area of Ken Pratt Boulevard and Bowen Street. A man was contacted and arrested on multiple charges.
SUICIDE ATTEMPT
Police on Feb. 3 responded to an elementary school for a request to assist a man who claimed he was dying. The man was later contacted on Cedarwood Drive and taken into custody. He was transported to Longs Peak Hospital on a mental health hold.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On Feb. 3 at approximately 0805 hours, officers were dispatched to a residence in the 300 block of Mountain View Avenue in reference to a domestic violence incident.
THEFT
On Feb. 3 at 0955 hours, an officer investigated a theft that took place in the 200 block of Lashley Street. This case is cleared exceptionally and has been referred to the Longmont Community Justice Partnership.
PROTECTION ORDER
Police on Feb. 3 responded to the 00 block of Mumford Place for a violation of a protection order. A man has been identified as a suspect. This case is open.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
Police on Feb. 3 responded to a domestic violence-related disturbance in the 00 block of 19th Avenue. A woman reported her ex-boyfriend physically assaulted and strangled her. An arrest warrant was obtained for the suspect.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On Feb. 3 around 2015 hours, officers responded to a domestic incident in the 2500 block of Sunset Drive.
AUTO THEFT
Police on Jan. 27 responded to the 900 block of Kelly Place in reference to a stolen vehicle. An 18-year-old man reported his pickup stolen.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
Police on Feb. 1 responded to the 1400 block of Coffman Street in reference to a report of criminal mischief. A 43-year-old woman reported her fence was damaged overnight.
DISTURBANCE
Police on Feb. 1 responded to the 600 block of Buchanan Lane in reference to a disturbance. A 23-year-old woman was placed on a mental health hold.
WARRANT ARREST
Police on Feb. 2 responded to a disturbance in the 1600 block of 11th Avenue. A 33-year-old woman was arrested.
BURGLARY
Police on Feb. 2 responded to the 2300 block of Wedgewood Avenue in reference to a burglary. A 37-year-old woman reported her storage unit was broken into and items were stolen.
ASSAULT
A man dealing with a child custody matter on Feb. 2 called to report a child abuse/neglect incident that occurred in the 200 block of Cattail Court.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
Officers on Feb. 2 took a phone call regarding a domestic incident between a man and woman.
INJURY ACCIDENT
Officers on Feb. 2 were dispatched to an injury accident in the area of Lashley Street and Marshall Place. A man was contacted and served a summons.
WARRANT ARREST
Police on Feb. 3 responded to the 1500 block of Main Street in reference to a suspicious man looking into cars. A suspect was contacted and found to have warrants for his arrest issued by Fort Collins police. The man was taken into custody and turned over to Fort Collins police.
FRAUD
A report was taken Feb. 3 in reference to identity theft that did not occur in Longmont. The case is closed.
PROTECTION ORDER
Police on Feb. 3 took a phone report of a possible protection order violation.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
Police on Feb. 3 responded to a report of a disturbance in the 1800 block of Warren Avenue.
