NOISE 

On Jan. 10 at approximately 0006 hours, police responded to the 400 block of Sheley Court in relation to a noise complaint. A man was issued a summons for unreasonable noise.

DUI 

Officers on Jan. 10 arrested a man for DUI in the area of Plateau Road and Parkview Drive. Case cleared by arrest.

FRAUD 

Police on Jan. 9 took a report of fraud in the 2200 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST 

Officers on Jan. 10 assisted the Colorado State Patrol in a traffic stop in the 500 block of Ninth Avenue. Case is closed.

HARASSMENT 

On Jan. 9 at approximately 2242 hours, officers responded to the 700 block of Meeker Street for a report of harassment.

SHOPLIFT 

Police on Jan. 10 responded to a report of shoplifting in the 1600 block of Main Street. Information was obtained and a report was generated.

SEX ASSAULT 

Police on Jan. 10 were dispatched to the 900 block of 17th Avenue for a welfare check. A woman was contacted and stated she had been sexually assaulted by a man in the early 1990s or late 1980s. There is no suspect in this case.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

Officers on Jan. 10 responded to the 2700 block of Copper Peak Lane for a reported disturbance between a boy and his guardian. An interior door was damaged by a hammer. No charges are being pursued.
