On 01/14/2023 the Longmont Police contacted a vehicle for speeding in the 600 block of Main St. Upon contacting the adult male driver, he was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was taken into custody without incident. The male was booked and released on a summons to a sober party.

On 01/14/2023 at about 1623 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 300 block of Quail Rd. reference a burglary. A male was contacted and arrested.
SHOPLIFT
On Sunday, 01/08/2023, Longmont Police Officers responded to the area of 21st Ave and Main St in reference to a possible shoplift.
PROTECTION ORDER
On 01/12/2023, at approximately 1733 hours, officers responded to the 1000 block of 17th Ave on the report of a restraining order violation, an adult male was arrested.
HARASSMENT
On January 13, 2023, at approximately 1041 hours, officers took a report of harassment occurring over social media. The incident was documented and currently, there are no suspect leads.

On Friday, January 13, 2023, officers responded to the 1200 block of Baker St for a recovered stolen vehicle. A report was generated.

On January 13, 2023 at approximately 1459 hours, Officers responded to a welfare check ion the 2000 block of Sunset Way. The incident was documented.
WARRANT ARREST
On Friday 01/13/2023 officers responded to an attempt to locate in the 1300 block of Mount Evans Dr. An arrest was made.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On 01/13/2022, at approximately 2135 hours, I, Officer J. Guerrero, was dispatched to a possible domestic violence incident in progress in the 1400 block of Emery St, City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado.
TRAFFIC STOP
On 01/13/2023 Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the area of 3rd Ave and Main St. One adult female was contacted. Case cleared by arrest.

On Saturday, January 14, 2023, Longmont Police responded to the 100 block of Empire Pl, reference a disturbance. A 43-year-old male sustained injuries.

INJURY ACCIDENT
On Saturday, 01/14/23 at approximately 1434 hours, Longmont Police responded to an injury crash on Hover St at Mountain View Ave. A bicyclist and sedan collided and the cyclist suffered serious injuries.
SUSPICIOUS SITUATION
On January 14, 2023, at approximately 1700 hours, officers took a report of a possible criminal trespass of a residence in the 300 block of Quail Road. The incident was documented and charges are pending.
ASSAULT
On Saturday, January 14, 2023 Longmont Officers took a report of an assault in the 1800 block of Stroh Pl. This case is open pending further investigation.
