DISTURBANCE
On 01/18/2023, at approximately 1713 hours, officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 900 block of Grandview Meadows Drive for a report of a disturbance. Information was gathered and a report was generated.
AUTO THEFT
On Thursday 01/19/2023 around 1700 hours, officers were dispatched to a cold auto theft which occurred in the 800 block of Grandview Meadows Drive. A report was filed.
WARRANT ARREST
On 01/19/2023, Longmont police officers contacted a male subject who was passed out inside a parked vehicle in the 1700 block of Main Street. Officers found out that there was an active outstanding arrest warrant for that individual. He was arrested and went to Boulder County Jail.
DUI
On Thursday, January 19, 2023 at about 1850 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 100 block of East 5th Avenue on a report of a hit and run accident. Officers later arrested an adult male for DUI and other traffic offenses.
SHOOTING
On 01/17/23, officers with the Longmont police department were dispatched to 1640 Lashley Street on a report of a shooting. One adult male was issued a summons for shooting his gun in the air as suspects of a criminal mischief ran away.
MISSING PERSON
On Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at approximately 2250 hours, the Longmont Police Department generated a police report in reference to a runaway juvenile. One adult female and one juvenile male were involved in this incident.
ASSAULT
On Wednesday, January 18th, 2023, officers responded to the 2200 block of E Ken Pratt Blvd on an assault. An adult male was assaulted and suffered a head injury. This case is open.
RECOVERED VEHICLE
On Wednesday, January 18, 2022, officers located and recovered a stolen vehicle in the 1700 block of Main Street.
WARRANT ARREST
On Thursday, 01/19/2023, Longmont police officers responded to the area of the 1400 block of Stuart Street in reference to a male on scene with active warrants. The male was contacted and taken into custody without incident.
FRAUD
On Thursday, 1/19/23, a report was taken in the 2400 block of 9th Avenue in reference to an identity theft which did not occur in Longmont.
AUTO THEFT
On 01/19/2023 at 1241 hours a Longmont police officer was assigned a stolen vehicle report by phone. Longmont Emergency Communications advised the victim was calling to report her truck was stolen from the street in front of her house. The case is closed.
SEX ASSAULT
On January 19, 2023, at approximately 1359 hrs., officers took a report of a cold sex assault in the 1800 block of Left Hand Creek Lane. The
investigation is on-going.
