THEFT

On Friday, January 27th 2023, Longmont police officers responded to a report of theft in the 1600 block of Flemming Drive. This case remains open.

AUTO THEFT

On 1/28/2023 officers were dispatched to an auto theft in the 1000 block of South Hover Street. This case is closed.

HARASSMENT

On 01/28/2023 at 0710 hrs, a Longmont police officer was assigned a harassment report by phone. Longmont Emergency Communications advised an adult male was wanting to report he was being blackmailed over nude photos. The case is open.

DEATH

On 1-28-2023, Longmont police officers responded to the 2400 block of Main Street for a death Investigation.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday January 28th, 2023, Longmont police responded to a domestic incident in the 2400 block of Main Street.

THEFT

On 1/28/2023 officers were dispatched to a theft in the 300 block of Martin Street. Two juveniles were referred to REWIND. This case is closed.

THEFT

On 1/28/23 officers were dispatched to 210 Ken Pratt Boulevard on the report of a shoplifting. A report was taken.

SEX ASSAULT

On Saturday 01/28/2023 officers were dispatched to the report of a possible child sexual assault that took place in the 800 block of Summer Hawk Drive. The case is still under investigation.

THEFT

On 01/07/2023 at 0740 hrs, a Longmont police officer was assigned a theft and criminal mischief report by phone. Longmont Emergency Communications advised a City of Longmont employee needed to report a city truck had parts stolen off of it. Case is closed.

CHILD

On Friday, January 27th, 2023, officers responded to the 1100 block of Purdue Drive on a runaway juvenile. Detectives have been notified.

AUTO THEFT

On 01/27/2023, Longmont police officers took a report of an attempted auto theft from the 100 block of E 9th Avenue. There are no suspects leads at this time.

BURGLARY

On 1/28/2023, Longmont police responded to the 1800 block of Nelson Road for a report of criminal mischief. The reporting party also located several firearms laying on the ground in the area. There are no leads at this time and a report was completed.

MISSING PERSON

On 01/28/2023 at 1059 hours, a Longmont police officer was assigned a runaway report. Longmont Emergency Communications advised a parent was wanting to report her juvenile son as a runaway. Case closed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Saturday 01/28/2023 at approximately 1338 hours, police responded to the 400 block in relation to a suspicious incident, later determined to be a criminal mischief. An unknown suspect knock down two security cameras, which damaged them. There is no identifying suspect information at this time.

HARASSMENT

On 01/28/2023, at approximately 1500 hrs., officers with the Longmont Police Department were dispatched to the 1000 block of Emerson Place on the report of a harassment involving an adult male suspect. Case Status: Open.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

A Longmont woman was bitten by her cat in the 1700 block of Countess Court. The cat has been placed on in-home quarantine.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont male was bitten while trying to catch a loose dog in the area of Quebec Avenue and S Martin Street. The dog has been taken to Longmont Humane Society and placed on bite quarantine.

FRAUD

On 01/28/2023, at approximately 2200 hrs., officers with the Longmont Police Department were dispatched to the 200 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard on the report of a fraud involving an unknown suspect.
