CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

Police on Jan. 3 received a report of a vehicle break-in in the 800 block of Elliot Street.

PROTECTION ORDER 

Officers on Jan. 2 responded to the 600 block of Peck Drive in response to a disturbance. An investigation was conducted and a summons was issued.

AUTO THEFT 

Police on Jan. 3 took a report of a dirt bike stolen from a residence in the 200 block of East Eighth Avenue. 

PROTECTION ORDER 

Officers on Jan. 1 were dispatched to the 2700 block of Copper Peak Lane for a disturbance.  A woman reported a man was violating a protection order. It was determined that no violation occurred.

MEDICAL

Officers on Jan. 1 responded to a business in the 1700 block of Main Street on a report of a man who was making statements of being followed and needing police protection. The man was placed on a mental health hold at a local hospital.

WELFARE CHECK 

Officers on Jan. 3 responded to the 1900 block of Lotus Court on a report of a suicidal man. He was contacted and placed on a mental health hold for evaluation.

RECOVERED VEHICLE 

On Jan. 3 at about 1250 hours, police were notified of a suspicious vehicle parked on private property in the 300 block of Lashley Street. The vehicle was reported stolen by the Frederick Police Department. The vehicle was towed after Frederick police were notified.

FRAUD 

On Jan. 3 around 1530 hours, police responded to the 1900 block of Main Street for a report of a fraudulent bill. 

WELFARE CHECK 

On Jan. 3 around 1645 hours, police responded to the 600 block of Sandpoint Drive for a report of elder abuse. A report was taken.

SHOPLIFT 

Officers on Jan. 3 were dispatched to a possible theft in the 2500 block of Main Street.

FRAUD 

Officers on Jan. 3 were dispatched to a fraud that occurred in the 2000 block of Spencer Street.

SHOPLIFT 

Officers on Jan. 3 took a report of shoplifting in the 100 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. A woman who took merchandise without paying for it was later contacted and issued a summons. 

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On Jan. 3 around 1740 hours, police responded to the 1300 block of 17th Avenue for a report of a domestic incident involving a man and woman. A report was taken.

SHOPLIFT 

Officers on Jan. 3 took a report of shoplifting in the 100 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard involving a male suspect.
