THEFT

A resident in the 1900 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard on July 1 reported a theft. There are no investigative leads.

UNKNOWN 

On July 1, Longmont police responded to the 500 block of Collyer Street on an unknown issue. A man was contacted and placed on a mental health hold.

TRAFFIC STOP 

On July 1, Longmont police arrested a man who provided a false name to officers during a traffic contact in June.

MENACING 

On July 1, officers responded to the 2000 block of Pike Road in reference to a disturbance. A man was taken into custody and the case is cleared by arrest.

THEFT 

On June 29, Longmont officers investigated a theft in the 300 block of South Hover Road. A man who stole items from a store has potentially been identified and the case is still under investigation.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION 

On June 30 at 0234 hours, officers responded to the 5000 block of Clover Basin Drive in response to a suspicious situation. An investigation was conducted and a report was taken.

BURGLARY 

On June 30, Longmont officers investigated a report of a cold burglary in the 1400 block of Emery Street. A man reported that an unknown individual broke into his apartment and stole items while he was out. There are no suspects in this case.

VICIOUS DOG 

A woman was bitten by her puppy multiple times over a three-week period and on June 30 wanted to relinquish it to the humane society. Animal Control put the dog on quarantine at the shelter.

DISTURBANCE 

On June 30, officers contacted a man in the area of Kansas Avenue and South Gay Drive. After investigation, he was arrested for violating a protection order. Case is cleared by arrest.

INFORMATION 

On June 30 at approximately 2150 hours, officers spoke with a woman regarding damage to a window at her residence that occurred sometime during the past two years. An informational report was completed.

DUI 

On June 30, officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Ken Pratt Boulevard and South Sunset Street. After investigation, a woman was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Case is cleared by arrest.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

On July 1, officers responded to the 5000 block of Eagan Circle in response to a suspicious situation. An investigation was conducted and a report was generated.

DUI 

On July 1, a man was arrested for DUI in the 1600 block of Kimbark Street and transported to Boulder County Jail. Cleared by arrest.

FOLLOW UP 

On July 1 at approximately 1000 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 4400 block of Redmond Drive in reference to a theft. Police contacted two women and a juvenile male. The case is closed. Summons issued.

INFORMATION 

On July 1, Longmont police responded to the 400 block of Olympia Avenue in reference to a disturbance. Two men were having family issues. No arrests were made.

VICIOUS DOG 

On July 1, a man was bitten by a dog while working at the dog owner's home. He treated the wound himself. The dog was quarantined and a ticket was issued.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

On July 1 at approximately 1430 hours, the Longmont Police Department took a report of criminal mischief in the 3000 block of East Ken Pratt Boulevard.

SEX ASSAULT 

On July 1, the Longmont Police Department investigated a possible cold sex assault in the 1100 block of Fall River Circle. No criminal offense occurred. This case was determined to be unfounded.

INJURY ACCIDENT 

On July 1, officers investigated a hit-and-run accident in the 2300 block of Main Street. The case will remain open.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION 

On July 1 at 2115 hours, a man from Firestone requested to speak to an officer in the 1700 block of East Ken Pratt Boulevard regarding a suspicious situation. An information report was taken.
