CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

On July 21 at approximately 0550 hours, a Longmont police officer discovered a vehicle that had been broken into in the 900 block of South Hover Street. A suspect was identified and the case is closed.

WARRANT ARREST 

On July 22, officers contacted a man for trespassing in the parking lot of 1805 Industrial Circle, in the Old Chicago parking lot. The man was found to have warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and transported to the Boulder County Jail.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On July 22, Longmont police officers responded to the area of Fifth Avenue and Alpine Street in reference to a possible domestic violence incident. A woman was contacted and a report was taken.

TRAFFIC COMPLAINT 

On July 14, Longmont officers responded to the 1700 block of Main Street on a disturbance. A man was carelessly operating his vehicle in a parking lot, nearly striking a pedestrian. The man was located and issued a summons.

WARRANT ARREST 

On July 18, Longmont police contacted a party in the 2200 block of Main Street for trespassing. The person had an unrelated warrant. This case is cleared by arrest.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

On July 20 at approximately 2108 hours, officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Mount Evans Drive in reference to a possible cold criminal mischief event.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

On July 20, Longmont police responded to the 1700 block of Spencer Street in reference to a reported criminal mischief. A man reported his parked and unattended work vehicle had been damaged by a passing bicyclist.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

On July 20, Longmont police officers were dispatched to a vehicle trespassing report in the 500 block of South Hover Street. A man was contacted. Case is closed.

WELFARE CHECK 

On July 20 at approximately 2141 hours, officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard in reference to a possible suicidal party.

WARRANT ARREST 

On July 21, Longmont police officers were dispatched to a report of a suspicious male in the 200 block of Kimbark Street. A man was contacted; the case is cleared by arrest.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

On July 21, Longmont police responded to the 900 block of South Hover Street in reference to a motor vehicle having been unlawfully entered. Upon arrival, officers contacted the owner of the vehicle, who reported items of value had been stolen from the vehicle while it was parked and unattended in the lot. This case is under investigation.

HARASSMENT 

On July 21 at approximately 0950 hours, Longmont police took a report of harassment in the 1400 block of South Collyer Street. This case is closed as there is insufficient evidence to support criminal charges.

ASSAULT 

The Longmont Police Department investigated an assault that occurred in the 1300 block of Gay Circle. Case is closed.

PROTECTION ORDER 

On July 21, Longmont police investigated a restraining order violation in the 2100 block of Main Street. The investigation is ongoing as more details about the alleged violation need to be gathered.

DEATH 

On July 22 at approximately 0055 hours, Longmont Public Safety personnel responded to the 1900 block of Diamond Drive on a party not breathing. The case is closed.

BURGLARY 

On July 22, Longmont police investigated a burglary in the 3600 block of Mountain View Court. No suspects were able to be identified and the case is not open.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On July 22 at 0926 hours, a Longmont police officer was assigned an outside agency assist. Longmont Emergency Communications advised a request was sent by Jefferson County Adult Protection Services to follow up on a possible disturbance that occurred in the 5200 block of Blue Mountain Circle over the past weekend. All parties involved were contacted and the allegations were unfounded. Case closed.

THEFT 

On July 22, a report was taken in reference to a theft that occurred in the 1300 block of Country Court. The suspects are unknown.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

Longmont police on July 22 investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 2500 block of Sunset Drive.

DRUG VIOLATION 

On July 22, the Longmont Police Department Special Enforcement Unit received a complaint regarding narcotics activity. The investigation is ongoing.

THEFT 

On July 22, a report was taken in reference to a theft that occurred in the 400 block of Atwood Street. The suspects are unknown.
