VICIOUS DOG

On Friday, 07/22/2022, Longmont officers responded to a reported animal bite in the area of East Ninth Avenue and Alpine Street.  A report was taken.

WARRANT ARREST 

On Friday, 07/22/2022, officers contacted an adult male and an adult female in the 2500 block of Main Street for trespassing. One adult female was arrested for outstanding warrants.

DISTURBANCE

On 07/23/2022, Longmont Police officers responded to the 0000 block of Emery Way on the report of a family disturbance. One adult male was taken to the Boulder County Jail on domestic violence related charges.

VICIOUS DOG 

A Longmont woman was bitten by a neighbor's cat in the 800 block of Summer Hawk Drive. The cat has been placed on quarantine.

A Longmont woman was bitten by a dog in the 300 block of Columbine Place. The dog has been placed on quarantine.

ASSAULT

On July 23 officers responded to the 2100 block of Meadow Street on report of a family disturbance. One adult male was arrested for assault related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

PROTECTION ORDER

On July 23, officers took a report of a protection order violation against a juvenile female. A report was taken.

WARRANT ARREST

On July 23, officers responded to the 1600 block of Main Street on a report of a suspicious person. An adult female was arrested for multiple warrants and the case is cleared by arrest.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT 

On Friday, July 22, Longmont Police officers were dispatched to the 500 block of South Hover Street to investigate a hit and run. A report was taken.

ASSAULT 

On 07/22/2022, Longmont officers received a report of an assault that occurred in the 1900 block of Main Street. An adult male was contacted and a report was taken.

DISTURBANCE 

Officers responded to the 600 block of Quebec Street on a report of a disturbance. An elderly male was hallucinating and thinking people were breaking into his house when they were not due to his declining mental state. The elderly male was taken to the hospital and placed on a mental health hold.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On Saturday, 07/23/2022, Longmont officers responded to a report for an outside agency assist for Boulder County Sheriff Department.

MISSING PERSON

On 07/23/2022 Longmont Police filed a report for a runaway juvenile. A report was taken and forwarded to DHHS for information.
