AUTO THEFT 

A Longmont resident reported auto theft in the 00 block of Ninth Avenue. This case is cleared exceptionally.

FRAUD 

A business employee reported theft in the 700 block of Hubbard Drive.

ASSAULT 

On 07/25/2022, Longmont police took a report of an assault from the 700 block of South Sherman Street.

PROTECTION ORDER

On 07/26/2022, Longmont officers responded to the 1500 block of 19th Avenue on a protection order violation. One adult female was arrested. Case cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On Tuesday 07/26/2022, officers were on routine patrol and stopped to check the welfare of a male at the 1700 block of Main Street. An unrelated arrest was made and the male was transported by ambulance to the hospital.

BURGLARY

On Tuesday 07/26/2022 around 1800 hours officers responded to a cold burglary in the 900 block of South Bross Street. A report was filed.

FRAUD

On 07/26/2022, Longmont police took a report of fraud from the 2000 block of Nelson Road.

THEFT 

On 07/25/2022, Longmont PD was dispatched to the 500 block of Coffman Street on a theft. Information was obtained and a report was generated.

DISTURBANCE 

On 07/25/2022, the Longmont Police were dispatched to the 500 Block of South Francis Street in reference to a disturbance in progress. An adult male was arrested.

DEATH 

The Longmont Police Department conducted a joint investigation with the Boulder County Coroner at the 300 block of Homestead Parkway.

DUI 

On Monday, 07/25/22, Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop near 9th Avenue and Main Street. A 20 year-old-female was later arrested for driving under the influence.

VICIOUS DOG 

A Longmont male was bitten by the family dog. The dog was relinquished to the Longmont Humane Society.

WARRANT ARREST

On Monday, July 25, officers of the Longmont Police Department, contacted an adult male in the 1600 block of Main Street. The adult male was arrested on outstanding warrants. Case cleared by arrest.

On Monday, July 25 officers of the Longmont Police Department, contacted an adult male in the 1600 block of Main Street for being on the median where pedestrians are not allowed to be. The adult male was arrested on outstanding warrants. Case cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST 

On 07/25/2022, officers with the Longmont Police Department contacted a female with an outstanding warrant in the 1900 block of Main Street, and an arrest was made.

PROTECTION ORDER

O​​n 07/26/2022, Longmont Police responded to the 600 block of Barberry Street for a welfare check of a transient adult male. The male was arrested for a protection order violation. Case cleared by arrest.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont man was bitten by a loose dog in the 800 block of Summer Hawk Drive. The dog ran off before it was identified.

VICIOUS DOG 

A Boulder woman was bitten by a client's dog in the 800 block of Summer Hawk Drive. The dog was placed on home quarantine.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 07/26/2022, Longmont Police Department took a report of a violation of protection order for an outside agency. The incident originated in the state of Iowa. A report was taken for information only.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE

On Tuesday, July 26, the Longmont Police Department began investigating an adult male for failure to register as a sex offender. The case remains open pending additional follow-up.

BURGLARY 

On 07/26/2022 officers responded to a report of a burglary in the 1200 block of Vivian Street. One adult female was contacted and a report was taken.

WARRANT ARREST

On 07/26/22 officers were dispatched to 1900 Collyer Street for a report of people possibly in the park after park hours.
