IDENTITY THEFT 

A Longmont resident on July 9 reported possible identity theft. This case is open.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

A Longmont resident on July 9 reported vandalism to their vehicle in the 900 block of Hover Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

FRAUD 

A Longmont resident on July 9 reported fraud in the 1600 block of Stardance Circle. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

STABBING 

On July 9, a man reported being stabbed in the chin in the 800 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

The Longmont Police Department on July 9 investigated a disturbance in the 1400 block Cinnamon Street. Cleared by arrest.

HARASSMENT 

On July 8, Longmont police took a report of a harassment complaint in the 2400 block of Airport Road.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

A Longmont resident on July 8 reported vandalism to his vehicle while it was parked in the 700 block of Gay Street. There are no investigative leads.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT 

A Longmont man was bitten by his own cat while petting the animal. The cat was quarantined at home.

AUTO THEFT 

A Longmont resident in the 700 block of Lashley Street on July 8 reported a theft of her flatbed trailer. This case was determined to be of a civil nature after leads were investigated.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST 

On June 20, Longmont police responded to the 1000 block of Bragg Place to give a death notification. A report was taken for informational purposes only.

BURGLARY 

On July 8, officers responded to the 1300 block of Emery Street on the report of a burglary that occurred on June 28. There are no suspects in this case.

MENACING 

On July 8, officers witnessed a woman chasing a man with a baseball bat in the 1300 block of Coffman Street. Both parties were contacted and, after investigation, the woman was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Boulder County Jail.

TRAFFIC COMPLAINT 

On July 9, Longmont police took a traffic complaint in the 700 block of Emery Street. A pedestrian reported a truck attempted to run him over as he was crossing the street. This case is being closed pending any new information.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On July 9 at 1621 hours, Longmont police responded to the 800 block Lashley Street on a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, officers contacted a man and woman. The man was arrested on domestic violence charges.

DISTURBANCE 

On July 9, officers investigated a disturbance in the 600 block of Lesley Street. After investigation, the victim stated they did not want to pursue any charges against the subject. Case will be exceptionally cleared.

THEFT 

On July 9 at approximately 1930 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to contact a party by phone in reference to a theft. Police contacted a woman and the case is open.
