THEFT

On 06/16/2020 at 1948, Longmont Police took report of a possible civil. An adult male who quit his job had taken assets from the company he used to work for. This case is currently under investigation.

DRUG VIOLATION

On 06/17/2020 the Longmont Police attempted to contact the driver of a vehicle in the area of Rees Ct. and Longs Peak Ave., reference a parking violation. The driver of the vehicle fled on foot, leaving evidence of narcotics distribution and a firearm in the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle has been identified and is being sought for charging.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont male was bitten by the family dog while playing ball at Mountain View Elementary School. The dog was placed on home quarantine.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Wednesday, June 17, 2020, officers responded to the 3000 block of E. Ken Pratt Blvd., on a criminal mischief. A report was taken.

PROTECTION ORDER

On June 16, 2020, Longmont officers investigated a Protection Order Violation in the 1000 block of Baker Street. An adult male came to the house he is restrained from. There is not enough evidence to pursue criminal charges in this case.

FRAUD

On Tuesday, 06/16/20, a report was taken reference a theft and forgery which occurred in the 2100 Blk. of Frontier St. The case is under investigation.

AUTO THEFT

On Tuesday, June 16, 2020, Longmont Police took a report of a stolen vehicle in the 600 block of S. Emery St. An unidentified adult male is suspect.

DISTURBANCE

On Tuesday, June 16, 2020, officers responded to the 1400 block of South Collyer Street on a disturbance. Officers determined that an argument between two males developed into several family members becoming involved. Officers were told that one male was in possession of a handgun but the claim was never substantiated and no charges were filed.

DRUG VIOLATION

On June 16, 20202 Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop at Main St and 9th Ave. One adult female was issued a summons for traffic and narcotics related charges. Case is cleared with a summons issued.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On 061720, officers took a report of a criminal mischief in the 1400 block of Emery St. The victim did not want to pursue criminal charges and the case is cleared exceptionally.

THEFT

On 06/17/20 an adult female reported the theft of her license plates in the 100 block of Bowen St.

AUTO THEFT

On June 17, 2020 at approximately 0557 hours Longmont Police responded to the 1500 block of Kimbark St on the report of a MV Theft. All available information was obtained.

WARRANT ARREST

On Wednesday, 06/17/20, Officers responded to the 800 block of South Coffman Street, reference the report of suspicious males trespassing and possibly casing houses. Officers contacted a male matching the description who was later arrested on multiple warrants.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On 061720, officers took a report of a disturbance in the 2100 block of Mtn View Ave that continued in the 900 block of Lashley St. A report was taken on an outside agency assist for Fort Collins PD. Case is closed.

INJURY ACCIDENT

On Wednesday, June 17, 2020, at approximately 1151 hours, Officers of the Longmont Police Department responded to the area of Main Street and 15th Avenue on a collision involving three vehicles. Case is closed.

VICIOUS DOG

A dog was attacked by another dog that got out of an apartment. The owner of the attacking dog was issued a summons.

ASSAULT

On 06/17/2020, an adult male was assaulted in the 800 block of Tanager Cir. The adult male suspect was issued a municipal summons.

HARASSMENT

On Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at about 1511 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Main Street on a report of harassment. Upon arrival officers issued an adult male a summons for harassment against an adult female.
