LOST PROPERTY 

On March 2 at 0714 hours, police took a report in reference to a wallet lost in the 900 block of Mountain View Avenue.

TRESPASS 

On March 2 at approximately 0830 hours, a girl was arrested for trespassing in the 1000 block of Sunset Street. 

MISSING PERSON 

A school resource officer was contacted by school personnel about a missing girl whose mother had called the school at about 0845 hours to see if she was there. The girl was not at school and her mother was looking for her. The SRO contacted the mother at her home and began searching for the girl who, after utilizing many resources, was found west of town at about 1245 hours. The girl was not injured and was returned to her mother safely.

SHOPLIFT 

Police on March 2 responded to Murphy Express, 2375 Main St., for a shoplifting report. There is a named suspect and the case is under investigation.

PROTECTION ORDER 

On March 2 at approximately 1111 hours, officers were dispatched to the 2400 block of Atwood Street in reference to a protection order violation. 

BURGLARY 

A report was taken March 2 in reference to attempted burglary and criminal mischief in the 3800 block of Pike Road. The suspects are unknown.

VICIOUS DOG 

A man was bit by his neighbor's dog on March 2. The dog was placed in bite quarantine in the owner's home.

CHILD 

On March 2 at about 1725 hours, police were dispatched to a local hospital on a report of possible child abuse. Upon arrival, officers met with a Boulder County Housing and Human Services caseworker and assisted with the interview. A report was taken.

DEATH 

On March 2 at approximately 1751 hours, officers conducted a welfare check in the 2000 block of Estes Lane.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

An unknown suspect on March 2 broke into a vehicle parked in the 100 block of South Sunset Street. There were no witnesses to the incident. The suspect was not located.

WARRANT ARREST 

Officers on March 2 investigated a possible crime in the area of Longs Peak Avenue and Bross Street. A man was arrested on warrants as well as new charges.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT

Officers on Feb. 28 responded to the area of 16th Avenue and Stuart Street for a report of a property damage accident. No one was injured in the crash and a report was taken.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On March 1 at approximately 1123 hours, police took a report of a domestic incident between a man and woman involving the possible theft of money. There is insufficient evidence to support further investigation.

WELFARE CHECK 

On March 1 at approximately 1210 hours, officers responded to the 1700 block of Main Street for a report of a suicidal woman. She was taken into protective custody and transported to a local facility for further assessment.

SHOOTING 

Officers on March 1 responded to the area of 12th Avenue and Lanyon Lane for a report of shots fired. Shell casings were located in the intersection. No one was injured and no property was damaged. A report was taken.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT 

A man on March 2 was reported for animal cruelty in the 2000 block of Collyer Street. The incident is under investigation.

WELFARE CHECK 

On March 1 at approximately 2015 hours, officers responded to the 1400 block of Coffman Street for a welfare check.

THEFT 

Police on March 1 took a report of a theft in the 1200 block of South Hover Street.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST 

An officer on March 2 assisted Loveland Police Department officers on a call in which a 32-two-year-old man was contacted and later arrested in the 1400 block of Valency Drive.

BURGLARY 

Officers on March 2 were dispatched to the 800 block of Summer Hawk Drive for a burglary. Unknown suspects entered a residence between 8:30 and 11:30 a.m. and stole sporting equipment and electronics.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION 

On March 2 at 1315 hours, officers responded to the 1900 block of Mountain View Avenue for a possible sexual assault. 

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST 

On March 2 at about 1620 hours, police were dispatched to the 10 block of South Main Street for a report of a recovered stolen vehicle. Officers assisted another agency in verifying the vehicle was recovered.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

On March 2 at approximately 1929 hours, police took a report of a vehicle trespassing in the 1800 block of Boston Avenue. Unknown suspect(s) forced entry to a window and stole personal belongings. No suspect information is available.

PROTECTION ORDER 

On March 2 at approximately 2100 hours, officers responded to the 1300 block of Dry Creek Drive in reference to a domestic violence incident. Cleared by arrest.
