On Thursday, 03/09/2023, Longmont Police Department officers responded to the area of Ute Highway and Main Street in reference to a possible assault. A 47-year-old woman was contacted and established as a victim. The 39-year-old suspect was contacted, however probable cause was not established. Closed.

On Friday 03/10/2023 at approximately 1254 hours, police responded to the lobby in relation to a suspicious incident. The incident is attached to the 700 block Ridge Rider Drive. This report is generated for information purposes.

On Friday, March 10, 2023, at approximately 1455 hours, Longmont officers responded to a fraud near the intersection of Nelson Road and S Hover Street. An adult female was contacted. This case is under investigation.

On 03/10/2023, at approximately 2126 hours, officers were dispatched to a possible domestic violence incident in the 1300 block of Trail Ridge Road.
WARRANT ARREST
On Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at approximately 0940 hrs, Longmont police responded to the 700 block of Longs Peak Avenue for a report of parties camping in the park. A male and female were arrested on outstanding warrants. This case is cleared by arrest.

On Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at approximately 1520 hrs, Longmont police contacted a party in the 1100 block of Judson St with an outstanding warrant. This case is cleared by arrest.
SEX ASSAULT
On Wednesday March 8th Longmont officers were dispatched to a report of a sex assault in the 1300 block of Charles Drive.
DRUG VIOLATION
On 03/09/2023 the Longmont police responded to the 1400 block of Kimbark Street in reference to a report of an adult male using narcotics. Upon arrival, officers contacted an adult male who matched the description provided by the caller. At the time of contact, the male was holding items of drug paraphernalia in his hands in plain view. The narcotics paraphernalia was seized, and the male was issued a municipal summons.

On 03/10/2023 the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the area of 3rd Avenue and Main Street. One adult male was contacted. Case cleared by arrest.
PROTECTION ORDER
On 3/10/23 at approximately 0710 hours, officers responded to the 100 block of S Gay Drive on a protection order violation. An adult male was arrested. Case cleared by arrest.
FDC/CRIM TRESPASS
On Friday, 3/10/23, a report was taken reference an attempted aggravated auto theft and criminal mischief which occurred in the 900 block of Corey Street. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

On 03/10/2023, the Longmont Police Department received a report of fraud in the 1900 block of Main Street. The money was recovered, and a report was taken. There are no leads at this time.

On Friday, March 10, 2023 at about 1736 hours, Longmont police took a report of a possible theft of a dog that occurred in the 1100 block of Vivian Street. Case open.

On 03/10/2023, officers responded to the 1200 block of Hunter Court regarding a package theft. A report was taken.
TRAFFIC STOP
On 03/10/23, officers attempted to stop a vehicle for failing to use a turn signal. The vehicle eluded officers at a high rate of speed and drove recklessly. Officers identified the driver and will attempt to locate him. Case open.

On Friday, March 10, 2023 Longmont officers took a report of a vehicle trespass in the 400 block of Morgan Road. A wallet was stolen, there are currently no suspects.

On Friday, March 10, 2023, at 1833 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 1000 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard on a report of a trespassing. Upon arrival, officers contacted and arrested an adult female for domestic violence and harassment.
