THEFT

A mandatory reporter filed a report for possible financial elder abuse. A report was taken and forwarded to proper agencies for information.

WARRANT ARREST

On 05/09/2021, at approximately 1000 hours, officers observed an adult female with outstanding warrants in the area of 17th Avenue and Centennial Drive. The female was taken into custody and transported to jail.

DRUG VIOLATION

Police took a report of a juvenile female student who had a marijuana vape pen and was using it at Sunset Middle School. The girl says she's been using it all year so the school and the girl's mother asked that she attend the ReWind program. She was issued a summons.

WARRANT ARREST

On 05/09/21, at approximately 1639 hours, officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Lashley St, and an adult female was arrested on outstanding warrants.

DUI

On May 9, 2021, officers responded to the 2800 block of 15th Ave on a report of a crash. A red hatchback crashed into a parked white truck. An adult male was arrested for DUI and other related charges.

MEDICAL LONGMONT PD LAW

On Sunday, May 9, 2021, Longmont Police responded to the 2200 block of Main St. reference a possible overdose. A 37-year-old male was contacted in the bathroom, and overdosing on heroin. Narcan was deployed and the male was transported to the hospital.

HARASSMENT

On 5/10/2021 Longmont PD responded to the 000 block of Empire Pl, Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado in reference to a domestic violence harassment call. Information was obtained and a warrant was drafted.

AUTO THEFT

On Monday, May 10, 2021, Longmont Police Officers responded to an unreported vehicle theft that occurred in the 1500 block of Drake St. Victim did not wish to press charges, this case is closed.

LIQUOR LAW 

On Monday, 05/10/21 at approximately 1127 hours, Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop near E 21st Ave and Alpine St. A juvenile male was cited for an alcohol violation. The case is cleared by arrest with a summons issued.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Monday May 10th, at about 1223 hours officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of Ken Pratt Blvd on a report of a domestic. A report was taken.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont woman was bit by her dog. The dog was placed on bite quarantine in the owner's home.

FRAUD

On May 10, 2021, Longmont Police took a report of theft in the 1200 block of Baker St.

ASSAULT

On 05/10/2021, Longmont officers took a report of an assault that occurred in the 1400 block of S Collyer St. Case open.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Friday, January 29, 2021, Longmont Police responded to a disturbance in the 800 block of S. Main St.

TRAFFIC STOP

Officers attempted a traffic stop on a motorcycle near the area of South Bowen and Kansas Avenue. The motorcycle fled at a high rate of speed and refused to stop for officers. The motorcycle or suspect were not located, a report was completed.

SHOOTING

On 05/07/2021, officers responded to a reported shooting at the intersection of 9th Avenue and Francis Street. A lone witness reported seeing the passenger of a small sedan shoot a handgun at the vehicle in front of him. Neither vehicle was located and officers did not find any evidence a shooting occurred.

FRAUD

On 5/9/2021 Longmont PD responded to the 1900 block of Main St, Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado, reference a forgery. Information was obtained and a report was generated.

AUTO THEFT

On May 10, 2021 Longmont Police Investigated an auto theft in the 1200 block of Fordham St. The vehicle was located by Boulder Police and was returned to its owner. No suspects were identified and the case will be closed pending further information.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Monday, May 10, 2021 Longmont Police Officers responded to a criminal trespass in the 5000 block of Old Ranch Dr. No suspects were identified, a report was taken.

SHOPLIFT

On Monday, May 10, 2021, at approximately 1156 hours, officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of East Ken Pratt on a shoplift. An adult male was taken into custody for theft. During a search of the male drugs were located which resulted in additional charges. The case is cleared by arrest.

FRAUD

On 05/10/2021, Longmont officers took a report of a fraud that occurred in the 1200 block of Della St. Case open.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Monday May 10th, 2021, Longmont Police responded to the 600 block of Grandview Meadows Dr. An adult female was arrested.
