On Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at approximately 1030 hours a Citizen surrendered multiple firearms to the police department as they were part of a family member's estate.
INJURY ACCIDENT
On Wednesday, 05/26/2021, Longmont Police responded on an injury crash that occurred in the 300 block of Emery Street. A female skateboarder collided with a black GMC SUV. The GMC left the scene prior to police arrival. This case is closed pending any new information regarding the GMC.

This report documents the re-examination of evidence collected in 2009 for Longmont PD case (09-3852). The re-examination was performed at the request of the Boulder County District Attorney's Office in support of a Boulder PD case (20-00085).
WARRANT ARREST
On 5/26/21, Longmont Police responded to the 2600 block of 3rd Ave. on a weapons violation. An adult male was found to have an active warrant for his arrest. The case is cleared by arrest.

INFORMATION
On 05/26/21, officers responded to the 600 block of Collyer St. on a suspicious situation involving an adult male and several juveniles.
PUBLIC HEALTH ORDER VIOL
On 1/26/2021, officers were made aware of a potential public health order violation leading to several individuals becoming exposed to COVID-19. A healthcare worker in the 1600 block of Otis St. had been warned to wear her mask properly several times, but failed to comply. Later, several members of the home tested positive. Upon further investigation, there is no evidence to suggest these two events were related or even correlated.
SEX ASSAULT
On May 25, 2021, officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of Belmont Dr. on a report of an unlawful sexual contact. A report was written and forwarded to detectives.
TRESPASS
On May 26, 2021, officers responded to the 2500 block of Main St. on a report of a male damaging a vending machine. The adult male was issued a summons and the case is closed.
SUSPICIOUS SITUATION
On Wednesday, May 26, 2021, Longmont Police responded to the 400 block of Atwood St., for a suspicious situation involving a man with a knife. The Longmont man was located, found and arrested on a weapons charge and two unrelated warrants.

On May 26th, 2021, at approximately 1630 hours, Longmont Police assisted an outside agency with an investigation in the 2000 block of Astoria Lane, Longmont, CO.

On Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at about 1556 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1800 block of Meadow Street to assist a person with child custody issues.

DISTURBANCE
On Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at about 1708 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 10 block of Birch Court on a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival officers contacted all parties involved and a report was taken.
WARRANT ARREST
On Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at about 1818 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1700 block of Main Street on a report of a trespassing. Upon arrival officers arrested an adult male on 2 active warrants out of the Boulder County Sheriff's Office. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail.
ASSAULT
On 5/26/2021, officers received a phone complaint of elder abuse in the 1800 block of Stroh Pl. A report was taken.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at about 1951 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 2500 block of Sunset Drive on a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival officers contacted an adult female and an adult male. The female was arrested for several charges to include domestic violence.
