On Wednesday 05/05/2021 at approximately 0925 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 2200 block of Main St, city of Longmont, county of Boulder, and state of Colorado in reference to a possible assault.
DRUG VIOLATION
A juvenile female was in possession of alcohol and marijuana at a local middle school. While in the office she made threats against the school and was unruly. She was later released to her mother with school consequences and a summons.

On 05/05/2021 at about 1251 hours officers from the Longmont Police Department received information about a suspicious situation in the 4000 block of Clover Basin Drive.
THEFT
On Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at approximately 1604 hours, officers responded to the 2200 block of East Ken Pratt on a theft that occurred from the business. An adult male was issued a summons and released from the scene. The case is cleared by arrest.
WELFARE CHECK
On May 5, 2021, Longmont Police investigated a welfare check possible elder abuse investigation in the 2700 block of Copper Peak Ln. An adult male was contacted in reference to the investigation. The investigation is being referred to detectives and is open.
SEX ASSAULT
On Wednesday, May 5th, 2021 officers responded over the phone to a sexual assault in the 1700 block of E Ken Pratt Blvd. A report has been taken. This case is open.
WARRANT ARREST
On 05/05/2021 around 1630 hours officers responded to a welfare check in the 1300 block of Dry Creek Drive. A party was contacted and report was filed.
SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF CHILD
On the evening of 5-5-21, an adult female resident of the 1800 block of Lefthand Crk Ln reported an unknown person sent her pornographic photos via social media.
HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT
On Tuesday 050421, the Longmont Police Department investigated a damaged pedestal light in the 1200 block of Snowbank Ct. Case is closed.
SHOOTING
On May 4, 2021 officers investigated a shooting in the area of 21st Avenue and Emry Street. After the investigation, two adult males were stopped at a traffic stop and found to have cocaine and a handgun. The two adult males were arrested on drug-related charges as well as drug-related driving charges. The shooting is still under investigation.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On Tuesday, 05/04/2021, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 2800 block of Denver Ave in reference to a possible domestic violence incident. An adult male and an adult female were contacted. The female was later arrested. Cleared by arrest.

On 5/5/2021, officers responded to a disturbance in the 1000 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. A report was taken. The case is closed.
WARRANT ARREST
On Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at 1404 hours, Longmont Police arrested a 32-year-old male in the 400 block of S. Emery St. for outstanding warrants. The male was arrested without incident. This case is cleared by arrest.
FDC/CRIM TRESPASS
On Wednesday, 5/5/21, a report was taken reference criminal mischief which occurred in the 1660 block of Hover St. The suspects are unknown.
ASSAULT
On 05/05/2021 officers investigated a possible fight between two juvenile males. After the fight, one of the juvenile males allegedly pulled a handgun on a different juvenile male. The investigation continues.
FRAUD
On May 5th, 2021, officers responded to the 2200 block of Main St. after receiving reports of counterfeit bills. It was found that an adult female had payed for services with counterfeit bills. A report was taken and the case is pending further investigation.
