MISSING PERSON 

A Loveland resident on Nov. 12 reported a family member missing from Longmont. Information was obtained and a report taken.

DEATH 

Officers on Nov. 12 responded to an unattended death in the 2700 block of Nelson Road. There was nothing suspicious; a report was taken.

DISTURBANCE 

On Nov. 11 at approximately 2230 hours, police responded to the 1900 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard in relation to a disturbance. A woman was arrested for violating a protection order. Case cleared by arrest.

DEATH 

Police on Nov. 12 investigated a death in the 1600 block of Meeker Drive.

WELFARE CHECK 

Police on Nov. 11 responded to the 2000 block of Sunset Way on a fire department assist. A man was taken into protective custody and placed on a mental health hold.

DISTURBANCE 

Police on Nov. 12 investigated a disturbance in the 1500 block of Main Street. Case is closed.

SHOPLIFT 

An employee on Nov. 12 reported a theft from a business in the 1700 block of Hover Street. The case is under investigation.

HIT-AND-RUN ACCIDENT 

Police on Nov. 11 investigated a hit-and-run crash that occurred near East Ken Pratt Boulevard and Zlaten Drive. The run vehicle was later located and the 20-year-old driver was arrested for driving under the influence and transported to jail.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT 

On Nov. 9 at approximately 1229 hours, officers responded to the 1600 block of Main Street on the report of a juvenile who had attempted suicide. The boy, who had been having a mental health crisis, was transported to a local hospital for medical and mental health assessment.

SHOPLIFT 

An employee on Nov. 10 reported the theft of merchandise from a business in the 200 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard.

ASSAULT 

Officers on Nov. 11 responded to the 1600 block of Main Street for a reported assault. The victim was located but declined to press charges.

FRAUD 

A resident in the 1000 block of Hover Street on Nov. 11 reported theft and forgery of checks. Leads are being investigated.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

A report was taken Nov. 12 in reference to criminal trespassing and theft that occurred in the 200 block of Alpine Street. The suspects are unknown.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

Police on Nov. 12 investigated criminal mischief in the 300 block of 14th Place. Case is closed.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST 

On Nov. 12 at approximately 1400 hours, officers responded to a possible stolen vehicle in the 1700 block of Antero Drive. A report was taken.

MENACING 

Officers on Nov. 12 responded to the 2700 block of Copper Peak Lane on a report of a disturbance between a man and woman. After investigation, a man was arrested. Case cleared by arrest.
