FRAUD

A Longmont resident reported fraud in the 1100 block of Merriman Place in Longmont, CO. There are no investigative leads or suspect
information at this time.

IDENTITY THEFT

A Longmont resident reported identity theft in the 3500 block of Columbia Drive. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this
time.

SEX ASSAULT

On Friday, November 20, 2020, Longmont Police responded to the 2000 block of Terry St. reference a sex assault. A report was taken.

DEATH

Longmont Police responded to the 2000 block of Wright Court to assist Fire personnel and paramedics with an unresponsive male. The male was deceased
and a report was completed.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Friday 11/20/20, A Firestone, CO resident reported a theft in the 100 block of Bowen Cir. in Longmont, CO. There are no investigative leads.

SEX ASSAULT

On 11/20/2020 Longmont Police Department took a report of a possible sexual assault of a juvenile female. The incident was reported from a
residence in the 4400 block of Redmond Dr. Police collected the available information and a report was taken.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

Longmont Police responded to the 1500 block of Drake Street to assist paramedics with a possible overdose. Further investigation revealed a domestic
incident. An adult male was arrested and transported to Boulder County Jail after being treated at Longmont United Hospital.

WELFARE CHECK

On 11/20/2020 Longmont Police and the CORE team responded to the 1700 block of Countess Ct on a report of a suicidal and possibly homicidal
juvenile female. The female was later placed on a mental health hold and transported to a nearby hospital.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On 11/20/2020 Longmont Police responded to the 2700 block of E Ken Pratt Blvd on a report of a suicidal homicidal juvenile male. The male was
later placed on a mental health hold and transported to a nearby hospital.

DISTURBANCE

On November 20, 2020 Longmont Police responded to the 300 Blk of 16th Ave on a disturbance. An adult female was injured in an altercation in
the 1600 Blk of Main St. She was contacted at her residence and determined to be okay. The other invovled party did not contact the police and
was unable to be identified. This investigation is closed as none of the parties wanted to report the incident.

DISTURBANCE

On Wednesday, November 18, 2020, at approximately 2100 hrs, Longmont Police Department responded in the 800 block of Meeker St. One
adult male and one adult female were involved. A report was taken.

HARASSMENT

On Thursday, November 19, 2020, Longmont Police took a report of harassment in the 200 block of E. Mountain View Ave. No suspect identified
at this time.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Friday November 20, 2020 Longmont officers responded to the 2100 block of Main St on a domestic violence call. An adult male was no
longer on scene and was identified as the suspect.

WARRANT ARREST

On 11/20/20, the Longmont Police Department arrested an adult male for outstanding warrants in the 900 block of Pinon Ct.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Friday, November 20, 2020 officers responded to the 1100 block of Main in regards to a vandalism that just occurred. An adult male was later
contacted and issued a summons. Cleared by arrest - summons issued.
