FRAUD 

A report was taken Sept. 30 in reference to theft from an at-risk adult that occurred in the 3000 block of Mountain View Avenue. The incident is under investigation.

THEFT 

An employee on Oct. 2 reported fraud/theft at a business in the 2200 block of 14th Avenue. This case is open.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On Oct. 1 at around 2355 hours, police investigated a domestic disturbance in the 1300 block of South Coffman Street. A man was arrested and transported to the Boulder County Jail. This case is cleared by arrest.

THEFT 

An employee on Oct. 1 reported theft from a company in the 1800 block of Lefthand Circle. The case is under investigation.

SEX ASSAULT 

On Sept. 30 police were contacted by Colorado Springs police in reference to an investigation of a possible sexual assault on a child. The investigation is ongoing.

DUI 

On Oct. 2 officers were dispatched to a man passed out behind the wheel in the area of 14th Avenue and Gay Street. The call was believed to be related to a hit-and-run that had just occurred in the area. A man was arrested on DUI-related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

An employee on Oct. 2 reported an attempted aggravated motor vehicle theft at a business in the 900 block of Main Street. There are no investigative leads.

WARRANT ARREST 

Officers on Oct. 2 responded to a suspicious situation in the 1800 block of Hover Street. A 30-year-old man had a warrant for his arrest. This case is cleared by arrest.

PROTECTION ORDER 

Officers on Oct. 2 responded to the 200 block of Main Street in reference to a possible protection order violation. A man was contacted and later arrested without incident. Cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

Officers on Oct. 2 responded to the 00 block of Mountain View Avenue on a report of a disturbance between a man and woman. A man was arrested for assault, violation of a protection order and other domestic violence-related charges. The case is cleared by arrest.

THEFT 

Officers on Oct. 2 received a call regarding a theft in the 10 block of Vassar Court. A woman was identified as the suspect.

THEFT 

Police on Sept. 30 took a report of a theft in the 2500 block of Main Street. No suspect information at this time.

BURGLARY 

Officers on Oct. 1 responded to the 2500 block of Main Street in reference to shoplifting. The party was found to have several warrants for their arrest. Case cleared by arrest.

THEFT 

Police on Oct. 1 took a report of a theft. All available information was obtained.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION 

Officers on Oct. 2 investigated a suspicious situation in the 2300 block of Judson Street. A suspect vehicle was later located but eluded officers after several attempts to stop the vehicle were made. This case is open.

CHILD 

On Oct. 2 at about 1653 hours, police were dispatched to the 900 block of 15th Avenue to check the welfare of a juvenile female. Upon arrival, officers found she was OK.
