MENACING

On 10/24/2023 at approximately 0200 hours, officers responded to the 2300 block of Zlaten Dr for reports of a menacing. An informational report was taken, and this claim was unfounded.

WARRANT ARREST

On 10/24/23 an adult female was contacted for a parks violation in the 900 block of Longs Peak Ave. She was found to have three outstanding warrants. Case cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On 102423, officers took a report of a theft in the 600 block of Lashley St involving an unknown suspect.

HARASSMENT

On October 24, 2023, Longmont Police took a report of attempted exploitation in the 1400 block of Burlington Dr. This case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

WARRANT ARREST

On 10/24/2023, at approximately 1720 hours, officers contacted a party with outstanding warrants in the intersection of 24th Ave and Stuart St, City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado.

SEX ASSAULT

On October 24th, 2023 at approximately 1821 hours, I, Officer Walter Arvisais was dispatched to the 3800 block of Pike Rd Longmont, CO in reference to a sex assault.

SHOPLIFT

On 10/24/2023 Longmont Police responded to the 2200 block of E. Ken Pratt Blvd. in reference to a Theft. An adult male was cited and $333.34 in merchandise was recovered. Case Cleared by Adult Arrest.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Monday, October 23rd, 2023, at approximately 1630 hours, the Longmont Police Department generated a report via phone, reference a criminal mischief. No suspects have been identified at this time.

DISTURBANCE

On Monday, October 23, 2023, at approximately 2343 hours, Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Summer Hawk Dr to investigate a disturbance. A report was taken.

INFORMATION

On Tuesday, October 24, 2023, officers responded to the 2500 block of Sunset Drive on the report of a fire. An adult female and an adult male were contacted and a report was taken.

TRESPASS

On Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at approximately 0700 hours, Longmont Police contacted a male in the alley west of the 300 block of Main St, in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado. The Boulder man was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant. This case is cleared by arrest.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE

On Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at approximately 0830 hours, officers contacted an adult male in the 200 block of Main Street at the request of Boulder County probation. The male was taken into custody and transported to the Boulder County jail.

ABANDON/PARKING

On Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at about 0848 hours, Longmont Police located a parked vehicle that was displaying a fictitious temporary license plate. The plate was taken as evidence.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On October 24, 2023, at approximately 0912 hours, Longmont Officers were dispatched to a domestic incident at the 2000 block of Mount Sneffels St, Longmont, CO. A report was taken.

DISTURBANCE

On October 24, 2023, Longmont Officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of Judson Drive on the report of a disturbance. A report was taken.

DISTURBANCE

On October 24, 2023, Longmont police investigated a fight that occurred in the 4900 block of Nelson Road. Two juvenile females were involved in a fight at school. At this time no follow-up will be done on this incident.

BURGLARY

On Tuesday, 10/24/23, a report was taken reference a burglary and theft that occurred in the 3000 block of Nelson Rd. The suspects are unknown.

HARASSMENT

On October 24th, 2023, Longmont police responded to a report of harassment in the 1400 block of Kay St. An adult female reported being harassed by an adult female. This case is open.
