AUTO THEFT 

A resident on Oct. 5 reported an auto theft in the 1000 block of Townley Circle. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

FRAUD 

A resident on Oct. 6 reported identity theft. Courtesy report taken.

HARASSMENT 

Police on Oct. 5 responded to the 1000 block of Lilac Street in reference to harassment. A report was taken.

SEX ASSAULT 

Police on Oct. 5 responded to the 400 block of Ridge Avenue in reference to a sex assault. A report was taken.

DUI 

On Oct. 5 at approximately 2022 hours, police responded to the 700 block of Ninth Avenue on a report of an injury crash. A woman was transported to an area hospital for her injuries. Case is open.

WARRANT ARREST 

Officers on Oct. 5 contacted a vehicle in the 1200 block of Alpine Street. A man was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

CHILD 

A woman on Oct. 5 reported a child abuse of her 1-year-old daughter in the 2400 block of 17th Avenue. The incident is under investigation.

THEFT 

A resident on Oct. 6 reported a theft in the 1100 block of Aspen Street. There are no investigative leads.

HARASSMENT

Officers on Oct. 6 responded to a report of harassment in the 800 block of Summer Hawk Drive. A 25-year-old woman reported she was being harassed by a 28-year-old man. Case is closed.

ASSAULT 

Officers on Oct. 6 responded to an assault in the 1000 block of High Meadow Court. A 36-year-old man is suspected of assaulting a 57-year-old man. This case is open.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

A report was taken on Oct. 6 in reference to criminal mischief that occurred in the 1800 block of South Hover Street. The suspects are unknown.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

A resident on Oct. 6 reported a theft in the 3700 block of Rutgers Road. There are no investigative leads.

TRAFFIC COMPLAINT 

On Oct. 6 at about 1427 hours, police were dispatched to the 1900 block of Mt. Sneffels Street for a traffic complaint. Upon arrival, officers recovered three stolen motorcycles.

WARRANT ARREST 

On Oct. 6 around 1630 hours, police were dispatched to the 1900 block of Mt. Sneffels Street for a traffic complaint. A man was taken into custody on a warrant.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT 

Police on Oct. 6 responded to the 2600 block of Third Avenue Place in reference to a dog bite. Information was obtained and a report was generated.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

On Oct. 6 around 1823 hours, police responded to the 2400 block of Airport Road on a report of harassment. A report was taken.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

Police on Oct. 6 took a report of vandalism in the area of East Mountain View Avenue and Pace Street. There are no suspects at this time.

DISTURBANCE 

Officers on Sept. 2 responded to the 200 block of Kimbark Street on a report of a disturbance. A report was taken.

SHOPLIFT 

On Oct. 4 at approximately 1041 hours, officers were dispatched to a business in the 2500 block of Main Street in reference to a theft. A man was issued a summons.

DISTURBANCE 

A woman on Oct. 4 reported a road rage incident in the 1500 block of Francis Street. The incident is under investigation.

SEX ASSAULT 

Police on Oct. 6 investigated a sexual assault reported two years after the incident occurred. The case is under investigation.
